The flat is perfect for independent travellers who like having their own space and be self-sufficient while travelling. It is located in a residential neighbourhood with locals and foreigners. The building has 9 apartments, there are permanent residents and travellers living there. Almost all of them speak English so If you don’t speak Spanish you will still have someone to talk to.

It has two smart TVs, one in the living room and one in the bedroom with streaming services included: netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney +, Paramount+, HBO MAX.
There is a kitchen with lots of cooking appliances, stove, three coffee makers (pour over coffee, Italian coffee maker, drop coffee maker, there is a kettle, knives, pots, pans and everything you could need in a kitchen.

Internet is strong, fast and reliable (500mbps), the building is located a bit out of the hustle of the tourist area, so, for a Mexican central area it is considered quiet especially at night (for Mexican standards).

You will get a perfectly clean apartment with 2 pairs of sheets a paper roll, soap and a towels. Right now I don't have a full-time maid so if you want further cleanings you will have to let me know in advance to make appointments with the cleaner. Full cleaning of the apartment has a price of 250 pesos. IF you stay long term there is one cleaning per month with change of sheets and towels without a cost.

Chedrahui is about 8 minutes walking you can buy there all your consumables.

The flat is a turn-key rental. You are responsible for your consumables including drinking water, i can call the delivery guy who delivers big jug of water for 25 pesos. There is a grocery store two minutes from the apartment and a Chedrahui store which is the Mexican version of Walmart, it is 8 minutes walking.
