Ocean 1 is a two-bedroom two bathroom apartment with sea views overlooking the world famous Fistral Beach, Towan Head and the Headland Hotel, yet still in a close proximity to the vibrant town centre.

This apartment sleeps 4 and is situated on the second floor of Ocean 1. The open plan living/dining area leads onto the balcony with wonderful views and is an ideal spot to relax when returning from the beach and watching the magnificent sunset over the ocean.
Parking is private withallocated space and is accessed through secure locked gates.
The lift to the second floor can be found through the entrance door near the gates.

On entering you will walk into a corridor with access to all rooms.

The lounge kitchen diner is all open plan with plenty of seating and the dining area seats 6. Smart TV and WIFI
Kitchen area has both WM and Dishwasher and full size fridge and freezer.
You will be able to access the balcony from here with outdoor seating and views of the sea as well as catching the lovely sunsets.
The window also has sea views.
Bedroom 1 is a double with ensuite shower. Also has a TV
Bedroom 2 is a twin room. There is a small TV but only used as a DVD player.
All the beds are made up ready for your arrival and we do provide towels. 1 bath and 1 hand towel per person so do please remember to bring beach towels.
The second bathroom is a family bathroom with shower over bath.

Not very far from Ocean 1 is the ever popular Lewinnick Lodge Bar and restaurant at the top of the Pentire Headland, which boasts spectacular views of the Atlantic.

A short stroll across Fistral Beach will take you to the Headland Hotel featuring the Terrace Restaurant
If golf is your passion then you can enjoy a round at one of the finest links courses in Cornwall and it is only 5 minutes away with amazing views over Fistral Beach.
