Stayed Jul 12, 2025The house is super comfortable and very clean, all the facilities work really well, and the location is also strategic. Kevin (the host) is super helpful! I will definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay during their Niagara or Buffalo trip!

Stayed May 17, 2024This was a great place to stay! The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed. The location is great, on a pretty street just a short walk from the coffee shops, restaurants, and other small businesses on Hertel Avenue. Communication from Kev was friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Stayed Jun 7, 2024Kev's flat is amazing. It's in the nicest little neighborhood that's within walking distance to cute shops, restaurants, coffee and more. The description is completely accurate and the space exceeds expectations. The beds were super comfy, everything was spotless and it had everything that we could possibly need. My teens loved it and I wish we would have booked a longer stay!
