Great location and clean, has everything you need. Be prepared to look for street parking. We were pretty lucky but be aware of the prohibited parking spots for street sweeping.

Clean and comfy! Easy (but not free) parking right in front of unit. Only had to move our car once for street sweeping. 17hundred90 Restaurant across the street (yummy!) and the Funky Brunch Cafe at the corner - fantastic breakfast! Around the corner from literally everything else! Check-in and out was super easy. Super clean, comfy beds and plenty of space. Savannah summer heat is no joke by mid-afternoon, but a quick return to the rental and cold A/C was just the trick! Things a historic building that holds six apartments. No fault of the owners or management company - but the loud upstairs guests somewhat spoiled our last couple of days. Otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

I will say that the pictures are a bit deceiving as they make the place appear lighter, brighter, and bigger than it actually is. But it is still a nice place with decent amenities. You don’t get any extras though, so prepare to buy toilet paper, paper towels, etc. However, you won’t find a better location - coffee shops, restaurants, boutiques, and River St are all within a short walk!

Great location in walking distance to many popular spots, cute and clean condo. Would definitely stay here again!

Close to shopping, Leopolds and central walk to all the things. Basic soap, shampoo, laundry soap provided which was nice.

It was such a quick walk to get anywhere in downtown Savannah. Would definitely stay here again. Only thing we would have changed was coffee. The amount provided was very little compared to the length of our stay. But other than that, we loved the place.

The rental had a nice living room a great kitchen and dining area. The two bedrooms were wonderful. The bathroom was very nice size.

The location was great for walking to everything you could want to do. However, the beds were incredibly uncomfortable. The upstairs neighbors were loud every single night, all hours of the night. And we found a used tampon applicator under one of the eds.

Close to shops and eateries. Trolley stop is nearby as well. Liked that it was in social district, so you could walk from club to club.

The only issues we had were that the unit struggled to get warm and the internet was not stable. We went at the end of a cold stretch and the unit was cold upon arrival. It took 8 hours to get to room temperature and even afterwards, it struggled to stay. The heating element wasn't generating heat throughout the night, so it was rather chilly. The internet drops in/out. This is problematic since all the TV's use Roku devices. Good thing we were only in the unit to sleep.

Highly recommended it for a girls weekend. My only complaints were that it smelled so much of bleach when we got there (although it was nice to know it was freshly cleaned) and we could not open any windows. So we opened the front and back door to air it out. Would be nice to be able to open the front windows at least to let in some beautiful savannah breezes in the fall.
