My stay has been perfect, correct cleaning, very nice apartment with a spectacular pool, nothing was missing in the apartment, there was everything, everything perfect thank you very much Stuart

The list of things wrong with our stay is so long we don’t even know if it will all fit in the review! 1) We were lied to about the pool being open. And only notified days before our arrival and that was because we asked about check in details. 2) The entire property was extremely dirty. So upsetting to be cleaning on arrival until 2am in the morning. Even went out to buy a brand new mop & cleaning products. Contacted the owner and he seemed apologetic at the beginning. 3) After finishing cleaning we realized we had no clean bedding! Just dirty fitted sheets. Contacted owned again. He. Said the cleaning lady would be over to us shorty. Also, the kitchen was full of old food that had to be thrown out. The refrigerator smelled so bad it had to be cleaned and left open to air out. 4) She arrived seeming apologetic again expect she blamed all on the owner. Saying he neglects to purchase and new bed linens . Saying to us he even knew the pool would be closed because of Covid and when she asked him if guests knew they had no pool he told her he didn’t care and that he would not be telling any guests. As the family before us was upset as well. Telling the owner and he said the pool was out of his control but we would have never booked his apartment if he was honest on his listing! A Vrbo issue as well! 5) The walls are very dirty and banged up. You don’t feel comfortable at all. We even cleaned the outside patio too. We moped every single day. 6) We left early so we could go stay at a hotel for our lil girl to get some time in the pool as we had to pay 43 euros for 3 of us to use a swimming pool at another hotel. Leaving early was our choice and we understand that. The only good thing about the apartment is the location. . I only wish I could post pictures of this all here so a potential renter could see. It’s extremely upsetting to have to spend quality family time cleaning. The owner already knows we won’t be returning!

Great place to stay, big pool. Kids enjoyed it.

The apartment is great, kitchen is really good for cooking and living room and bedrooms are really well iluminated. The swimming pool is amazing to chill out before going to the beach. The kids also had an amazing time.

Apartment was great, could do with a bit of tlc, but for a quite relaxing break it is ideal.

Cant fault the location and the apartment itself. Was let down slightly by not being cleaned properly. Bathrooms and kitchen were cleaned but he floors had not been cleaned for some time. My wife had to vacuum and mop the floors. However that was not a fault of the apartment which was in an excellent location and made a comfortable base for a thoroughly enjoyable break. Well done to the owner.

We´ve had wonderful vacations in Vera (Almeria) and much to blame is the fantastic appartment we've enjoyed. It has everything you can expect from an appartment, totally equipped, with two bathrooms, air conditioning in all rooms, placed in a housing developement near the highway, in a complex with a four star hotel, bars, restaurants etc . Many afternoons we had the swimming pool for ourselves which is really a luxury, in short good value for money. And finally I'd like to stress the good communication with the appartment's owner Stuart. ANGEL
