Stayed May 10, 2025Apartment was clean and everything provided in the kitchen needed for your stay. Living room bright and comfortable with an amazing view. Only negatives were the bedding a bit tired looking and couldn’t get the oven to work properly but as we didn’t require it for the meals we had this wasn’t a problem. Would highly recommend this apartment for your stay in Altea

Stayed Jun 6, 2023Apartment was exceptionally clean fully equipped with the essentials, then there was the view this was to die for. Our host Floris was a great and happy guy, explaining everything we needed to know about the area etc. There was a downside this was the television it had no English programmes, you could stream but this was quite a challenge if you are not technically minded, there was no radio/ DVD player which would have been appreciated when you were staying in on an evening due to bad weather. The bus stop was outside of the building if you wanted a trip Benidorm/Albir etc. Would highly recommend this property

Stayed Feb 1, 2020We stayed for four weeks as the apartment is lovely, the view from the balcony was stunning and if you like to sit and people watch it’s lovely. Lovely restaurants on the door step, supermarket across the road as is bus stop and the tram station is also near. Floris was lovely. The only negative for us was that it said cable and satellite tv but it was only Spanish and it would have been nice to watch some tv because the restaurants were closed by 9.30pm. Highly recommend this apartment it is lovely.

Stayed Oct 1, 2019I spent with my husbund two months in this apartment, and we really enjoyed our long holiday! Everything was very clean and in good order. All the rooms were spacious, also the bathrooms. It was easy to live in this apartment, because there was everything you need. Every morning we wake up to look on the balcony, how the sun rised over the sea. We could also see how the full moon appeared on the the horizon. This was wonderful experience! The appartment was in good location, everything was near: tram station, bus stop, supermarkets and every kind of other shops. It was also nice to walk straight to the old town, which was really charming. Floris was kind and care taking host. He gave quick answers if we asked something and helped if necessary. We had safety feeling! We´ll come back and recommend! Thank you, Floris!
