Fillmore Suite A: Spacious/Laundry/2br/Gourmet Kitchen/Wi-Fi/OLED 55 TV

I very much enjoyed this property. I especially enjoyed the stainless steel kitchen appliances, the cupboards all clearly marked, great dishes and flatware, pots & pans, etc. Good, large and nice linens. Could use some new pillows ! Decent bathroom and nice vanity sink. Great large white, fluffy towels. However, I ended up using the towels from the second bedroom. I might return next Spring, however it was pretty expensive for a retired Priest. Any chance for a price reduction because of the later days in the Season in which I chose to come ?Overall, I enjoyed the property very much. Thanks!

Me and my freind desperately needed a getaway vacation. We considered a beach hotel but we felt booking this home would be more convenient for us since we wanted to cook our own foods. This location is close to Hollywood blvd where all the clubs were at so we were out there dancing salsa every night and chilling at the beach every day. Hollywood beach was just about a mile away. Ft Lauderdale was 15 minutes north of us and miami beach was 30 minutes south of us. We really enjoyed our stay. We felt more like locals than tourists during our stay. I considered buying property in the area but i think im going to just make this my spot when ever i need a quick getaway. Thank you robert, we came back home feeling refreshed.

Clean, cozy and very comfortable. Also has everything you can think of inside . Would definitely stay here again .

The property itself was fine, although in a little bit of a sketchy neighborhood. It’s close to grocery stores and minutes from the beach was a plus. However, our stay was extremely complicated by the fact that we didn’t get the code on the first day. We contacted vrbo and had to stay in a hotel the first night due to the owners “connectivity issues”. I would not stay here again due to this experience. Beware that VRBO’s customer service is also extremely poor.

Robert's place is at a perfect location, very easy to get around with public transportation and walking distance to awesome bars and restaurants. This place is great, very clean and has everything you need and all the amenities are first class. Robert was also very helpful since the beginning, available at all times whenever I had any questions. Totally recommend it.

Property was cleaned and tidy and secured. We enjoyed our time at the Fillmore Suite. Robert was sooooo welcoming and nice. I enjoyed the wine and chocolate Robert. Thank you so much for your hospitality. I look forward to our next visit at little ranches

My family (3 adults, 1 7yr old, 1 infant) just returned from our stay at Fillmore Suite A. Our first impression was, Wow, this is nice! The space was comfortable, bright, smelled fresh/clean, nicely decorated (LOVED the large prints of local murals!), and well-stocked. The location couldn't be more ideal- within 5 minutes we were at Publix, Target, restaurants... in less than 10 minutes we were downtown, at Hollywood Beach and the Broadwalk (the kids loved Charnow park and the trolley!)... We would have preferred firmer beds but that's just our personal preference. I would have appreciated an additional set of sheets, a couple of extra towels, and more than just 2 pillows per bed... but the washer/dryer were just steps away in the garage and we loved that everything we needed was available for our use. Robert was super-nice and accommodating, too. All in all, we would definitely stay again. Thanks, Robert!, The Morrisons

Great place really clean and kind of out of the way of other people. Great restaurants and shopping right around the corner and it was easy for me to travel down to Miami or up to the North. I thought it was a great deal. It could use some cable but I figure that is part of the price discount.
