We came to Dubuque from Mpls to visit family. We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. On Saturday morning there was a farmers market that was happening right in front of the apartment that was huge. The place is right above Juvek New World Brewing, it was very clean, super easy to follow the directions to park and get inside the apartment.
Great place to stay. Close to everything you could need. Ken was easy to communicate with and his restaurant is great as well. Best Pad Thai I’ve had in a while.
Great location in the heart of downtown. The place was very clean and well equipped for our crew of 5.
Was a great apartment in a building that is being renovated. Located above a brewery, however it was quiet, and the turret windows and seating were a nice feature. The farmers market on Saturday morning was a nice surprise. The check-in/out process was great. Would recommend.
Entire stay went very smoothly. Ken was very attentive to our needs. Would definitely stay here again.
The apartment was super easy to find and access. The info regarding check-in was sent via text and included pictures so that was super clear and easy to follow. Upon walking in, there was a slight oder but it could have come from the location below the apartment as the place was visibly clean and tidy. Everything was clearly labeled. One reason we opt for vacation rental as opposed to hotels is because of our dietary needs. Having a kitchen to handle food the way we need is a priority for us. There were very limited cooking tools. No baking dishes. One of the pans may have been oven safe but it wasn’t clear and I did not want to experiment with it in case it got damaged. That was an unexpected limitation in our stay. Location was perfect for what we were in town for, however, there was a farmers market on Saturday on our front street limiting access in one direction for a couple blocks. We had alley parking and could get out fine but coming back was slightly less convenient. I’d still recommend this location if you need to be in the city. It felt safe and close to a major grocery store as well as not far from other chain stores if you need anything during your stay.
Ken was amazing helping with accommodations. Place was super cute and within walking distance of the wedding venue.
