The apartment balcony is small and overlooks a weeded lot and a dilapidated building. The apartment floor also has a very noticeable lean. The area has lots of stores and restaurants, all within minutes of walking. The only downside to the area is after the businesses close for the day there are a lot of homeless who start camping at their entrances and it makes it difficult to peruse store windows during an evening walk.
