Stayed May 16, 2026The room was nice and clean. Only 1 tv in the living room, but it wasn’t a breaking point. We were on the bottom floor which was great for us. We stayed sat-sat. Very very quiet which is what we love and when they say you see dolphins, it’s true. We saw 3-5 and one swam very close to my husband and was just playing around. I wouldn’t say everything food wise was walking distance from this location but it was ok, we literally drove 30 seconds down the street. The beach was private. Waverly’s was expensive and not worth the amount. We don’t mind expensive good food but it wasn’t good. The sand bar restaurant had horrible service everyone stayed on their phones as far as waitresses. Lock n key was probably our favorite restaurant. The owners of the property were very nice. It was our 4 year Anniversary trip and I can’t wait to go back. Oh and lots of beautiful sea shells

My only c/o would be: the mattress was a little extra firm for our liking. Everything you need to stay and never leave the beach ! We would book again !!!

Stayed Feb 25, 2025Perfect location within steps to the beach. It's not in a super crowded touristy area so getting around was easy and getting into restaurants at any time was easy. It's a very short drive into Englewood where there is everything you need.
