Everything about the property and host was perfect from start to finish! Michaela was friendly and helpful and welcoming and just the best. Just the right mix of assistance and privacy. The property was meticulously cleaned, the spaces were great, and the place came with everything our entire family needed to enjoy our stay! Five stars for sure!

We had a wonderful stay in Ehrwald. Michaela was welcoming and always available. She went above and beyond giving us treats and desserts. We had everything we needed. Lots of soap and cleaning supplies too. We were 8 couples and each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom. The cows were herded by our lodge morning and night. We loved sitting on our balcony enjoying the views of the mountains. The lodge is close to the Zugspitz, Ehrwald castle, Innsbruck and Neuschwanstein. We enjoyed all of these attractions.. we would highly recommend this lodge.

Absolutely gorgeous location and property. Our hosts made us feel so welcome and were very helpful. It was a great base for so many trips and although we only stayed 5 days, we managed to do so much. The property is just lovely, with two rooms sharing a bathroom but the rest being ensuite. There were 9 of us from 2 families and it felt very spacious. Would highly recommend a stay here and thank you to Michaela and Julian for their friendliness and hospitality x

Just giving the maximum 5-Star rating isn't enough to describe how wonderful this home truly is. The amenities, spaciousness, cleanliness, and spectacular views exceeded our expectations at every turn. Michaela and Julian were extremely gracious host and went out of their way to ensure we had the most wonderful vacation possible. Michaela was always readily available to answer any questions we had and was very helpful in ensuring we had useful information on the surrounding area for services, attractions, and dining options. We absolutely love this home and would stay here again in a heartbeat! Thank you Michaela and Julian for make our vacation the best ever!

Michaella and Julian are very welcoming and friendly hosts, the accommodation is really huge, very beautiful and very clean, the balcony with tables and chairs is also huge, the beds are very comfortable and there is everything you need to cook . I highly recommend this accommodation with a magnificent mountain view. Thanks to Michaella and Julian.

This is an excellent and big house (rather than an apartment). Very suitable for families with all the posibilities to be together and at the same time with all the privacy needed. And Michaela is just very nice and kind.

From the start, Michaela and Julian made us feel right at home. They live on the lower floor of the house, but you don’t even know they are there. She is always available to bounce your ideas off of- and her advice is always spot-on! The house is HUGE but somehow feels homey; it’s spotless and has everything you need. It’s positioned perfectly- an easy stroll into downtown Ehrwald and 5-15 minute drive to most other cities/sites in the region. And in the summer months you can’t miss the cows! They walk by the house to pasture twice a day :) I highly recommend the Z ticket- it will save you a ton of money and offers you a lot of ideas, especially if you have kids like us. We enjoyed every minute of our stay here- and will remember this trip forever. Thanks Michaela and Julian!!

What a wonderful stay we had with the Posch family in Ehrwald. We had our six children together for a fantastic time in the Tyrols and our apartment made it better than we could have expected. Thank you, Family Posch!

We just spent our family Christmas holiday in Ehrwald and had a blast. There were nine in our family party and we never once felt squeezed by the property. The beds were extremely comfortable and the rooms are large. The photos of the property don't give you a feel for the the cleanliness or the size of the apartment. Ehrwald is a small village that has not been overrun by the Apres Ski crowd. We skied the Zugspitze Glacier, Garmisch, and St. Anton as well as the local Nordic trails. Yet, there are many more ski areas within a fifteen minute drive. Everything was close by and accessible by bus or train though we had a rental vehicle. The apartment is a very walkable distance to groceries, town, and the rail station. Our hosts Micheala & Julian were very anxious to ensure that we were comfortable and also helped with recommendations for shopping & dining opportunities. We are counting the days for our return to Ehrwald to visit our new friends.
