Stayed Dec 31, 1969This beautiful restored stable with vaulted ceelings, it´s been a joy to live in it. Even if it´s been up to 36 degrees during the day, the stable has been cool and lovely. The outdoor space is a really plus. The apartment was clean and well maintained, the service is really good. And the owners send you very good long list of the best place to eat, to take a day trip, shop and more. The only ting that draw back the stars, is a very small kitchen.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We had an amazing family holiday here. It was our second visit, and it never disappoints, whether you come in spring or in summer. The farmhouse flat is lovely: modern in all the right places for convenience, but retaining all the rustic charm of the original stonework. The patio is excellent, and the boys loved the space in the back garden for playing. The location is perfect: just a couple of minutes from the beach by car, where loungers can be hired for just two euros a day, and there are lovely little cafes offering meals very reasonably. The friendly staff at the Punto Verde were great with the kids, and there is a bar for the grown-ups too. There is also an excellent local pizzeria (Toni and Lucia's), where the food is great and the prices ludicrously low. The kids wanted to eat there every night. Perfect accommodation, perfect location, wonderful holiday.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We rented this apartment for a 6 week stay in Italy, and were extremely satisfied. The place was quite typical Italian countryside and very quiet, and the owners were nice to us. The one negative side was that you need car here: couple of restaurants and bars were within comfortable walking distance, for the rest you took couple kilometer drive. The location is good and easy, only couple of minutes up from the seaside road SS16. The building is full stonework, including beautiful arches inside the house. Large living room opens to large back yard, where we kept the car. Bathroom seemed recently renovated, with separate shower and bath. Kitchen had gas stove, no oven, and a bit short of worktops. Even as late autumn (October), the weathers were warm and sunny, average 22C and only short rain showers on two days. The summer holiday places were mostly closed, so if you want beaches, keep it to the season. Rome, San Marino and Naples are.on driving distance, and all worth a visit. I can fully recommend this place for short or longer stay on the warm part of the year.
