The studio is an absolute jewel, with round windows, a loft bedroom, and high ceilings downstairs. The space super light and airy, and a happy laid-back Austin vibe. Opens onto a screened porch. Entry through a garden walkway. A real pleasure

Stayed Feb 1, 2025The owners are amazing and they give amazing privacy as thier home is close bye. The studio is very spacious and calming. The bed is super awsome as well as the one upstairs in the loft. I would and will recommend this studio to anyone that wants a cool safe place to chill and see what Austin offers. (AMAZING FOOD AND PEOPLE!)

Stayed Sep 2, 2025Just what I was looking for myself and my dog for a quick work trip. Good location and easy access. I was only there for two nights so it wasn't a big deal, but the bed was a little uncomfortable, and I couldn't get the hot water to work in the bathroom. The bathroom is also in the loft so getting up to go in the middle of the night is an adventure. But it was a great price and fit my needs just fine.

Stayed Mar 27, 2025Thank you for the wonderful stay in Austin. Communication with the owner was great, access great. Everything was clean and ready for us when we arrived. We found it to be a very walkable, quiet location. Shout out to The Wheel for providing wonderful craft cocktails and some great local food tips to nearby food trucks and coffee shops. Stayed Apr 10, 2024Jana was easy to communicate with, had some great local tips, and her place was a perfect hideaway within short distance to everything. The back yard was always alive with birds, and the space was much bigger than it appears in the pictures. 100% would stay again!

Stayed Apr 18, 2024Everything was good about property except there was no mention that the only bathroom was up steep loft stairs. My husband has nerve damage in his feet and if I would have known about location of only bathroom I could have made a better decision for him to safely navigate. We had to leave and find a restroom for him to use.
