Fantastic modern apartment, facing the sea

Modern and confortable, great ocean views (park below, little noisy)

The apartment was better than we imagined; very clean, beautiful view of the park and ocean, 24 hour courteous doorman, comfortable beds, lovely furniture and decor, high quality towels and linens, modern appliances, well equipped kitchen and bar ware! Armida, the property manager was prompt, welcoming, professional and available to answer our questions and show us how to use everything. I highly recommend this beautiful apartment and hope it will be available on our next trip to Luna to visit friends and family.

The Apartment is clean and nice area...they missing a Dryer and TV. in the living room...The only part I don't like...They have the crazy inventory in the beginning and also in the end about 6 pages includes counting the Toilets and faucets and light bulbs...Thank you.

I visited Lima Peru for about 2 weeks this November 2018. After looking at several apartments, I selected this one because first, the decoration is very nice and modern. Second because of its location: it has a nice ocean and park view and is in a street with almost no traffic which means no traffic noise. This location has quick access to the Circuito de Playas which facilitates transportation to different parts of the city. The A+ owners Alice & Philippe were very nice, flexible and accommodating to my special needs when arriving. The lady in charge, Mrs. Armida was very helpful with any need I had related to the apartment, and at check in and out. The apartment offers everything it lists and more. It is ample, comfortable, elegant, modern, full of light and nicely decorated. The living room can sit 7 people and the dining room has a full size table for 6 that can be used for entertaining or for work meetings with ocean views. There is a cozy balcony off the living room with a table and 2 chairs where I enjoyed late breakfasts looking at the ocean and the parapentes (motorized kites) and sun downs around 6 pm with a latté and crème brûlée. The kitchen and bathrooms are modern, clean and bright. I loved the several levels of illumination that you can control with the light switches throughout the apartment. There is a sound system in the dining room that I used with my pre-recorded USB memory stick to play music through 4 speakers in the living-dining room area for background music, meditation or dancing: beautiful sound!. A second TV in this area would have been nice. The master bedroom is very comfortable, has plenty of closet space and a nice ocean view too. You may totally darken the room for staying in bed as late as you like. Two important things for me that also worked very well: enough hot water for showers and good WIFI throughout the apartment. The gentlemen at the reception desk were always very attentive and helpful. If you bring groceries or packages into the building you may borrow a cart to take them up to the apartment. There are several nearby restaurants from where you may order food for delivery. The Mercado de Magdalena is also a short ride away (about US$2.00 taxi). Here you can find EVERYTHING, even somebody who put a new wheel in my new broken luggage :-) I am sure you and your family will enjoy your stay in this apartment if you decide to book it. Definitely I will try to come back here next time I go to Lima.
