The living room boasts a sofa that extends into a queen-size bed, a dining area, and a huge balcony with a sea view. The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and fridge, and the air-conditioned living room with a dining area creates a home-like atmosphere.

We offer free parking, a yard with a children's playground, a standalone pool, and a barbecue. Florens Residence is situated in the most beautiful and quietest touristic area of Zadar - Diklo, right across from the pebbly Diklo beach and the hotel's amusement aqua park and beach.
