Key Rules

Quiet Hours: Maintain quiet between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM to respect neighbours. Excessive noise during these hours may result in immediate termination of the stay and a penalty fee.

Registered Guests Only: Only registered guests as per the booking are allowed on the property. Unauthorized visitors are strictly prohibited and may result in cancellation of the reservation without refund.

No Parties or Events: Parties, large gatherings, or events of any kind are not allowed. Violations will result in additional fees and/or immediate cancellation of the stay. ❌

No Smoking Indoors: Smoking, vaping, or the use of e-cigarettes is strictly prohibited indoors. Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas. Violations will incur a cleaning fee and may lead to additional penalties.

Cleanliness: Guests are expected to keep the property tidy. Any significant mess or improper use of furniture, fixtures, or appliances will result in additional cleaning or repair fees. Trash and recyclables must be disposed of in the designated bins outside. ♻

No Shoes Indoors: Please remove shoes upon entering the house to maintain cleanliness and respect the property. ✨

Pets Policy: Pets are not allowed on the property. Violation of this rule will result in additional cleaning fees and immediate cancellation of the reservation. ❌

BBQ Use: The outdoor BBQ area in the shared garden is available for use. Please clean the grill after use and dispose of waste in the designated bins. Ensure the BBQ is completely extinguished before leaving it unattended.

Garden Access: The front garden is the shared outdoor space for guest use, including the BBQ and seating areas. Please do not enter the back garden, as it is private and reserved for family use only.

Windows and Doors: Ensure all windows and doors are securely shut before leaving the property to maintain safety, security, and protection from weather. ☂

Dehumidifiers: As this is a lower-level apartment, dehumidifiers must be kept running at all times to maintain a dry and comfortable environment. Do not unplug or tamper with them.

Additional Terms

Security Measures: The property is equipped with an outdoor security camera located in the courtyard. The camera monitors the entrance from the garage, the tree, and the full courtyard but has no angle towards windows. Tampering with security equipment will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund.

Immediate Termination: Severe violations, such as hosting unauthorized parties, causing property damage, or repeated noise complaints, may result in immediate termination of your stay with no refund.
