Family-Friendly Apart. Walk to Beach + Downtown - #3

Impeccably clean, neat, and tidy. Room for myself and my three grown sons (25,23,&20) for sleeping, eating, relaxing, and having much needed family time. Everything we needed was pretty close, too. Definitely 5 stars!! Tano's right up there with our SD Vrbo stay.

Stay was great! Very central location, walkable to a lot of things and within 5-8 minutes from everything else. Beds were comfy, 1 bathroom, good size living room with dining room table, and kitchen area (no stove). Easy access, felt safe, would return again!

Cute, clean, and comfortable! Homemade cookies upon arrival was a sweet touch.

What an absolutely amazing trip that started with thoughtful communication from Stacey. The reviews are correct! Stacey is kind, caring, and was on the ready for help and great recommendations for the area. She even guided us toward chasing Northern Lights…which we saw and were out of this world! This place was amazing! The owners have thought of everything right down to homemade fresh chocolate chip cookies upon arrival. We are a family of 4; 2 adults, 14 year old and 11 year old. It was perfect for us. Highly recommend and if we are ever back in Traverse City, we would stay again,

It was a great location, near to the water and traverse city, but on a quite street.

This our second year staying at this rental. The location just minutes from downtown can't be beat! Clean, adaptable sleeping arrangements, and great support from the owner. I'm already looking forward to booking again next year!

I booked this rental my family and in-laws. From the start, my situation got complicated but Stacy was so helpful and accommodating. The location is less than a mile from downtown Traverse City and 3 blocks from a great small beach and playground -the location is perfect. I would recommend to anyone, maybe not with the whole extended family next time ?

We enjoyed all of the little touches to include the fresh baked chocolate chip cookies. The stay was very comfortable and was good for our family of all ages.

We decided to make a stop over for the night in Traverse City since we haven’t been in the area in many years. We enjoyed the day visiting Suttons Bay, Northport and Leland. We were able to check in relax and then have dinner at a wonderful restaurant in the Mission Peninsula. The apartment was really convenient to all the areas.

The location and charm of the property were awesome, but the host made this an extra special stay. There were cookies waiting for us on the counter, board games to keep the kids entertained while we sipped coffee after a long drive, and every different possible “thing” you could forget while packing for a beach trip. We also appreciated the little things like giant comfy blankets and noise machines in each room. The bed felt like a cloud and we all had a peaceful night’s rest. We would highly recommend!

What a great VRBO!! Very comfortable. Perfect size for a small family. Had everything we needed. And the sheets and towels were luxuriously soft.

Everything was exactly like described, and so much more. This rental is extremely clean and inviting to anyone that wants to explore Traverse City. Great location to everything. The owners are AMAZING and will make sure that you have everything you need to enjoy your stay. I would give it 10 stars if i could!

We wanted to stay somewhere close to the wineries for our girls trip. This location was the perfect spot for us! It was everything the write up lists and more! It’s the little things they provided that made our stay that much better. Thank you for making our vacation even better!
