Located on the 5th floor with elevator, this duplex with 2 floors includes:
- a bedroom with a double bed upstairs (accessible by a staircase) ;
- another room with a single bed;
- a third bedroom with a sofa bed;>- a fully equipped kitchen;
- a bathroom with toilet;
-a second bathroom upstairs;
- a lounge to relax after a day of walking.

The following facilities will be at your disposal: Wifi, TV, Dishwasher, Heating, Washing machine, Terrace, Coffee Maker, Fan, Microwave, Hot Water, Iron, Balcony, etc.

Sheets and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

## Emplacement
The 4th arrondissement is in the center of Paris. It is very touristic, including half of the Cité Island (with the Notre-Dame Cathedral), all of St. Louis Island, and a good part of the Marais on the right side. Not far from the Place de la Bastille, its bars, restaurants, cafes and shops of all kinds, it also allows you to walk on the quays and admire beautiful landscapes.

- Gare de Lyon: 12 minutes by public transport.
