Stayed Apr 14, 2025This was a great place across the street from the beach. The walk wasn't far at all. I'd say the place is just like the pictures posted. They are remodeling the outside of the building and so it was loud early in the morning. We like to sleep in on vacation so that was my only complaint but I know that's something the owners have no control of. Staff in lobby were very helpful, parking spot was close to the front door. It was great that they provided beach towels, cooler, umbrella, chairs, a wagon.

Stayed Jan 15, 2022Caution, This property does not reflect at all the images posted on the website. The condo is very poorly maintained. Furniture are all due to be replaced. The sheets were not changed when we arrived. The ceiling is leaking water. The smell in the apartment is intolerable. I could go on... the best advice I can give you is to go somewhere else.

Stayed Mar 10, 2021The location is great. The beach is just steps away, Aventura Mall and many restaurants and shopping all just minutes away. ocean Reserve is a decent place, a little dated but not bad. The mini mart downstairs is convenient and the staff is nice. A lot of young people rent these units for vacation. It’s loud at night and hard to sleep. The pool is very nice and heated!

Stayed Mar 15, 2021Just did not respond to emails about TV and sink not working but my overall stay was wonderful, check in and it was easy. Finding my way around and getting familiar with the place was simple
