The Agence de la Forêt Blanche offers this charming apartment located in Vars Sainte-Marie, in a beautiful authentic 19th-century house. With a surface area of approximately 100 m², it can comfortably accommodate 8 to 10 people and is particularly suited to families or groups of friends.
The apartment has retained all the charm of the old building with its stone walls, vaults and characterful furniture, while being fully renovated and furnished to offer a comfortable and warm stay.
It consists of a fully equipped separate kitchen, a large 40 m² living room with old parquet flooring, a fireplace and a wood-burning stove, as well as three bedrooms. Two bedrooms are fitted with double beds and one family bedroom has four single beds. Two shower rooms, one of which is a bathroom, as well as two WCs, one of which is separate, complete the apartment.
Located up in the heights of Vars Sainte-Marie, the apartment benefits from excellent sun exposure and an open view over the valley and the Forêt Blanche massif. Peace and quiet is guaranteed both in winter and summer. The old walls and vaults also provide excellent insulation and a very pleasant tranquillity.
In winter, the first slopes and ski lifts are accessible on foot, less than 250 metres away, with direct access to the Forêt Blanche Vars-Risoul ski area. In summer, you can enjoy the many nearby mountain activities: hiking, mountain biking, walks, white-water sports and discovering the magnificent landscapes of Vars, the Queyras, the Écrins and the Ubaye valley.

The apartment also has a private 250 m² garden facing south and southwest, offering a magnificent view over the valley, as well as private parking. Small shops are also accessible nearby.
This is an ideal apartment for enjoying Vars Sainte-Marie in any season, in an authentic, calm, warm and family-friendly setting.
