This spacious 6th floor apartment is located just past the port area towards the end of the La Manga strip. Its elevated position offers truly exceptional views overlooking both the Mediterranean and the Mar Menor, stretching all the way across to Cabo de Palos in the distance.



The apartment features 2 very good-sized bedrooms. The main bedroom is bright and spacious with plenty of wardrobe space, along with a large en suite bathroom. This room benefits from both a Juliet balcony and a smaller private balcony, giving it stunning corner views over the marina and coastline.



The second bedroom is equally bright and airy, with its own Juliet balcony offering marina views. Adjacent to both bedrooms is a separate family-sized bathroom with bath/shower.



The large, fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need for your stay, such as a microwave, coffee maker and washing machine, which is located in a separate utility room.

The living and dining area is bright and light-filled, with a comfy sofa, dining table and a Smart TV.     Clean spaceius appartment There were only 3 forks, no wineopener and the waterheater was nearly broken Pots and pans in very poorly condition.

    Nice apartment. Very clean. We traveled during the Eastern holidays, so there were few people and we enjoyed very much our stay. I apreciated very much that dogs are welcomed. The internet access point worked as a charm. Perfect! The air conditioned of the main room was in bad condition. It did a lot of noise. I think it could be a good idea if you could optionally offer a clean kit with detergent, a brand new scouring sponge and a new wipe.

    The views and the apartment Air conditioning in main bedroom very noisy. Impossible to sleep. If the apartment caters for up to 6 people then more comfortable seating should be provided not just a small sofa.

    The key collection process and communication was excellent. The flat was of a very good standard, in excellent condition, very accessible and ample parking. Amazing views! Would have been nice to have covers on the duvets and some of the sheets were tired and “bobbly”. Bath towels were a bit small! Otherwise no complaints.
