Great propery with a fantastic location. Had a really nice girls weekend here, property had everything we needed and the hosts were great. Would stay again.

Ignore the review about the noise; we stayed there for four nights over a weekend and it was lovely. No noise and no problems. We’d stay again.

We were a family of 8 with 2 sets of grandparents who slept in the double bedrooms and the parents who slept in the adult bunk bedrooms with the 2 children. The apartment is very spacious with large bedrooms, kitchen and lounge which meant we were able to find our own space for quiet times ,particularly as there were 3 TVs to chose from. We loved the roof terrace which was an evening sun trap and we had several bbq evenings there, which were very enjoyable and was also a great setting for our golden anniversary party when we were joined by other friends who were staying at a nearby hotel. We were there during August bank holiday weekend and Tenby was buzzing. We were glad that we booked the restaurants we wanted well before hand as most were full but the whole place had a great atmosphere. Berlin House was right in the middle of everything and having parked the car in the multistory car park with a weekly ticket when we arrived we were able to walk everywhere without having to use it again until the end of the week. Although the street was pedestrianised during the day we were allowed in to offload our cases when we first arrived. Then everything was just minutes walk away. The boys7 and 9 enjoyed body surfing on North beach and we spent many days on the beautiful Castle beach (which a few weeks earlier had been voted the best beach in the UK). Highly recommend Berlin House for family holidays and we will definitely be back.

Central location in terrific coastal town run by exceptionally nice people - great value.

Arrived at the apartment and gained access as arranged. WOW was our first reaction, there was nothing not to like everything from tea and coffee to cotton wool buds is provided. Even our dog was catered for with a basket full of all his needs. Great outdoor area. Would definitely recommend this property.

We would definitely recommend this apartment, it had everything we needed and more! Very spacious, a central location and fully equipped. The beds were so comfortable and the kids loved the bunks. We had perfect weather which was a bonus, we will wouthout doubt be returning next year.

My friends and I had a lovely stay at Berlin House. The location is fantastic and we were surprised at how big it was once inside. The property is finished beautifully. It is so comfortable and cosy. The kitchen is lovely, perfect for sitting and enjoying a drink or three! The bedrooms and bathrooms are of a high standard and the beds were to die for! The service we received over a problem with hot water was brilliant, thank you so much. We loved our stay and will be back if you’ll have us! Highly recommended. Thank you Rhian.

We have stayed in many properties in Tenby & Saundersfoot, etc. Indeed, also have used another of the owners properties too (Barafundle House). This property is as good as any re its quality in all aspects. The sunny terrace at the rear is good for afternoon drinks! Left the car in a side street & walked everywhere as the location is ideal for all the central town amenities & beaches.

Great position in centre of town, everything within 10 mins walk. Pub next door bit noisy Saturday night, but otherwise fine. Kitchen well equipped but gloomy - no window! Beds lovely, patio needs umbrella. Lovely holiday
