Stayed Apr 19, 2024Great location close to campus! Great communication with property manager. The building is old and the hallways are sort of dark and needed attention. The apt was very clean but quite dated. I thought of the places my kids lived while they were in college. It was equipped with everything we needed!

Stayed Oct 14, 2022The apartment was fully furnished with quality items from the pots and pans and utensils in the kitchen, the bedding and towels and even toilet paper in the bathroom! It was nicer than hotels I've visited at much higher nightly rated and those places also offered fewer amenities. Having the kitchen was the icing on the cake, because I was able to prepare a couple of homecooked meals for our grandson, who's attending KSU. Communication with the property manager was quick and easy through the website.

Stayed Apr 12, 2024Everything great was except getting locked out while loading up vehicle and taking out garbage with phone and purse still in apartment. It wasn’t quite 11 when we loaded up. A reminder that it will change the code right at 11 would be ideal.
