Fabulous 1br New Coastal Apt Steps to the Beach! - Unit D

Great experience! The condo was perfect with every detail for a nice stay thought of. The closeness to the beach was fabulous, and they even provided chairs and an umbrella to enjoy the beach AND laundry facilities. I'd stay there again in a heartbeat!

We LOVED this property! It was so thoughtful of the owners to literally think of everything. The fact that all beach equipment was not only available in a large quantity but in great condition made preparing for this trip a lot less stressful. The washers & dryers were also immaculate, the linens were so comfortable & the place was very well kept. We will definitely use this space again for future stays.

This was the perfect place for our stay. Everything about this place was very convenient, comfortable, and clean. I loved the decor, the provided beach equipment, and how close it was to everything. This was definitely one of the best places I have ever stayed and would love to come back.

Everything was as advertised. Access to the beach was a breeze. The beach chairs, umbrellas and another amenities we’re icing on the cake. Encountered a member of the staff; she was pleasant courteous and encouraged us to visit again.

We have stayed in the same cute apartment for the last two years. It is well kept and close to everything. It’s equipped for one night or a longer stay. The grounds are very comfortable with gas grills. We booked two weeks for 2027 before we left. I would highly recommend it!

Adorable property and communicative host. If it were warmer I would have loved to use all the beach amenities. Bed was comfortable and the unit uad anything you might need. Bathroom was a bit small. Being a larger person, the toilet was so close to the sink and tub it was almost unusable. Key code wasnt changed to my number so when i checked in I had to wait for a response in the app to get in, but it was less than 15min. Overall........the place was adorable, well stocked and othrr than the bathroom, i could've moved right in.

This place is so well set up you don't need anything, it is all provided. Clean and beautifully decorated with local art. Communication with the host is top notch. This was our second stay and we will be back again.

Loved everything about this small hotel. The property and units are well maintained. A very short walk to the beach and no super busy roads to cross. I stayed in unit D and it was perfect; very spacious and clean. Communication with property management was excellent. They are quick to respond and very accommodating. I visit the area often and look forward to staying here many times in the future. Much better than the big chain hotels!

Our recent stay in Unit D was everything we have come to expect at Ava Apts. Unit D is a one bedroom, full kitchenette, one bedroom and living room. As always, the unit is extremely clean, welcoming and has all essentials that is needed. Lots of towels, perfect set up in Kitchen, quiet ceiling fans, and lovely sitting area and tv. We always enjoy the use of the chairs, wagons, umbrellas and cooler to take to the beach. This trip we also had the opportunity to walk to the beach and watch a Space X space ship take off, what an extraordinary experience.

It had everything we needed. Clean, nicely furnished, great location.

Wonderful little bungalow close to beach. In the middle of all the action. Well appointed with all the amenities, and kitchen items. Off street parking was perfect.

The property was in a great location and had great facilities as described (beach and grill options were much appreciated).

This property was perfect for our family of 3. I agree that 4 people is max number of people for this property. The listing is very accurate, only a few steps walk to the beach. We really like this property, it has everything including all the essential and a few more nice touches like coffee, cream and amenities. We used the beach chairs and laundry while we there and it's very convenience. We would go back and stay there again.

We can definitely recommend this adorable small hotel. Great location and just steps from the beach! We had everything we needed and felt at home. We will be back in the summer when we can enjoy some beach and sand time.

Before we arrived the customer service was outstanding. Due to illness, we were allowed to flex our stay back 1 day. Truly exceptional. The apt is in a great location, convenient to the beach and all of the areas of interest. The apt is clean and well appointed. Linens and towels were 1st rate. The grounds has a nice sitting area and they have an outside shower so you don't track sand in the unit. Parking is tight, but not a problem. We will certainly be looking into staying here again on our next visit to Cocoa Beach. Jim and Marsha

Excellent room and accommodations. Loved the closeness to the Cocoa Beach pier. Wizard of Oz museum and most of all the beach. We had everything we needed. We’ll be back
