Too many homeless people , filthy sidewalks, stepping over people to get into the building . Dry strange set up . Not fir families or single people . Parking was horrible

I liked the ability to have and use a patio. It was also nice and small, but I loved the atmosphere of the room. But there was a doorway where you can be seen through.

The property is an older building but kept up nicely. It has its little twerks, like most other buildings but nothing to deter me from staying there again. It’s in the downtown area so there’s multiple places to eat and/or drink. The area has a growing influx of homeless people. I didn’t feel comfortable leaving my truck on the street parking, but they have an underground parking garage for 20.00 a night extra. No biggie, but they should have put that in there booking advertisement. The room was clean and comfortable, overlooking Balboa park. I enjoyed my stay.

It’s not the biggest apartment but it sleeps 4 people comfortably with no problems. Parking wasn’t terrible and it’s one of the safer parts of downtown. The property was clean and tidy. No complaints at all.
