Two bedrooms, two baths, (approximately 1500 square feet) with a study, two balconies, an assigned covered parking , located on the desirable Gulf side of Longboat Key, steps away from the beach with private, deeded access to the Gulf of Mexico. The unit is in an amenity-rich, carefully manicured community, with 750 feet of splendid Gulf frontage, two heated swimming pools (one adult and one family), a spa, a sauna, shuffleboard, clubhouse, with game room, library & kitchen, fitness center, and eight Har-Tru tennis courts (with an on-site tennis pro available for lessons). There is an elevator and also a grocery cart and a luggage cart close to the elevator to use. The unit has its own covered reserved parking and there is plenty of guest parking available. Beach chairs and umbrellas are provided by the complex and are already set up for you on the beach. Just grab a towel and walk to the beach!

Club Longboat is an easy, relaxing stay. The unit had updated baths and laminate “hardwood” flooring which is so much cleaner than carpeting. Kitchen needs updating. Easy access to a small fitness area and beautiful beach. Super close to Harry’s restaurant, deli and corner store which are all wonderful and chill. The two terraces were always full sun so we unfortunately couldn’t use them. Needed tables with umbrellas. Staff friendly and helpful. We’ve stayed at Club Longboat many times and will again!
