Stayed Apr 18, 2025We had a fantastic stay at this property. The location couldn’t have been more convenient—with grocery stores, restaurants, and shops just around the corner. Our hosts were prompt and helpful with every question, and having dedicated parking was a real plus. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

Stayed Dec 29, 2024We picked this location because we have a Tesla and liked that we could lark in a garage and could even charge our car there. We have no complaints about the stay. It was perfect size for me and my son as we were in town to see the city and visit some colleges. We liked how close it was to Northwestern!

Stayed Sep 16, 2024My wife and I stayed at this property while moving our son into his freshman dorm at Northwestern. The location was excellent - just a couple of blocks from the heart of downtown Evanston and about 20 minutes to the Northwestern campus. Communication with the manager was seamless. Would definitely recommend.

Stayed May 30, 2024Building is clean. Apartment is as advertised. It was quiet. Location is quite central. Appreciated checkout wasn't until 11. Very easy to checkin even though we arrived very late in evening
