Executive Center Studio with Kitchenette, secure building pool, FREE PARKING

It was excellent experience, good communication, everything was pwrfect…. And we one inconvenience at last minute and he solved right away..

The property itself was really great and quiet. Plenty of food places around and a grocery store. I had rented a motorcycle for my stay and the parking was great to have. The only downside was that if you surf, it is kind of a pain walking with a board to the nearest area to surf.

This property has a great location and once you finally figure out the elevator system the room is easy to get to. The room has everything you will need for a stay. It was very nice to have snorkels and a cooler in the room. The bed could use new pillows though.

This was a great stay- easy to walk to many restaurants. The check in process was a little annoying with having to find street parking first go up to the room for the garage key and go back down. Besides that it was totally worth it for the free parking a spacious room.

The location was perfect, great communications and everything we needed was there! This is an interior room so it didn't have any kind of view but perfect for a centrally located spot to tour from. Thanks!

Room was clean, host was attentive, great location

Door instructions not very clear, room smelled like cigarette smoke, blood on the sheets. It says “no view” but the add doesn’t say that the windows look into a hallway. We only stayed the first night and then found a new place for the remainder of our trip.

Great location and communication from host was amazing!! If you're not planning on being in your room all day and need a place to lay your head or want to explore downtown, this is your place!! Highly recommend!!

The host was very communicative. I had a couple of questions, and it was easy to contact him. A lot of eating places near the building. Very clear instructions given by host, although instructions could have been updated such as the building FOB was not in room, but in the door key box. Minor discrepancy that was cleared up by host. Also be careful walking near bed to not hit leg against bed frame. TV and appliances worked great! Nice the stay also included free parking, that saved us a lot of money.

Great directions. Seamless entry and exit. Room was just as deacribed. Nice accomodations with extras like soaps. Also had disney set up. Host is a great communicator and offered to check on things.

We enjoyed our stay here. Everything in the listing was accurate and we especially enjoyed having a designated parking spot which made coming and going easy. There were boogie boards and some snorkelling gear provided, although we had our own so didn’t use it, but thought it was a nice touch. Overall a great stay.

Conveniently local in downtown Honolulu this cute little studio allows easy access to all the city and the island has to offer. It’s perfect for a single or a couple. Free parking is a major plus and it’s better than a hotel room to prepare a breakfast before exploring the island. The listing is accurate and the host is accommodating and communicative. Five stars!

It is apparent that time and effort is put into making sure the property is clean and functional. It’s a small studio on the interior of the building so no outside views but it worked great for our short stay. The host gave very clear instructions for check in and check out. The parking was the most complicated part of checkin and checkout but the parking space was free which was amazing!

Small, tidy and well located. Was perfect for what we needed to tour the island from.

This is a comfortable one room place to stay in a convenient location. One note, there are no windows to the outside so it is a little dark. Recommended to anyone looking for a relatively inexpensive place to stay near Waikiki.
