The Level 3 podium area, pool, and spa areas will be closed from 25 May 2026 to mid-October 2026. Guests must not access the Level 3 outdoor podium area while the works are underway, unless expressly authorised.



Noisy works will be carried out between 8:00am and 5:00pm. Residents should expect periods of construction noise, vibration, dust, and general disruption throughout the project.

You’ll have access to the entire property when you stay here, so it will feel like your own home.

- The keys will be left in a lockbox onsite. We will send you the access code 3 days prior to your arrival through the booking portal.

    Great central location for getting around Canberra. Shops, restaurants and cafes in easy walking distance. Views are as shown, apartment and linen very clean. The pool, gym etc are well maintained and lovely to use. Security in the building is excellent, and parking secure. The park across the road was a great additional surprise. For the centre of Canberra, the apartment was quiet. A wonderful find, and we would not hesitate to recommend.

    Great location Check in parking directions vague Apartment was not clean; - looked like balcony has not been cleaned in weeks - oven similarly neglected - dishes needed to be washed agin prior to use - matted hair in shower - Toilet not clean
