Exclusive villa with padel court [03]

This villa is a dream villa where everything is of the highest quality. The bedrooms are wonderful especially the main suite on the first floor. The ground floor is perfect with a super very well equipped kitchen, dining area and sitting room. Outside, the veranda by the kitchen is ideal for breakfasts and evening meals as so handy for the kitchen. What a view!!!!! The pool is fabulous as is the paddle court, golf and boules areas. As always we were greeted by a representative of Destination Algarve. This young man was exceptionally helpful, knowledgeable and typical of all the people who work for Destination Algarve. I have no hesitation in recommending this company who always go the extra mile to be the best holiday firm I have ever dealt. That's why we come back to them year after year. Absolutely nothing except perhaps the long drive is a bit narrow!!! Wouldn't recommend a very large car eg a Bentley!!! If there were lights on the drive then this would be helpful when returning after dinner as you are out in the country but still only 10 minutes to the nearest excellent supermarket with the most excellent fresh fish ?

We are a family with 4 x age 20 something children and wanted a villa that would provide amenities to appeal to everyone. The fantastic padel tennis court , pitch and put area, heated pool, dart board and bar area with shaded sofa spot were all areas that we enjoyed on a daily basis. The villa had beautiful landscsped gardens and Mountain View’s and we all had enough space to do our own thing. The location was perfect to access local shops, get groceries or come to the marina or Lagos town. Destination algarve were great in the communication and during our stay it was our daughters 21st so they were very helpful in organising a chef to come and cook a special meal for us. The welcome items were a lovely touch and the kitchen had a decent selection of pots/pans/serving plates etc. We had a really fantastic stay and would recommend this villa and it’s somewhere we would book again. We chose the bedroom with the ensuite and left the children to occupy the other two shared bathrooms and the bed was not particularly big but comfy. It also had 2 single divans on it rather than one larger one which would have been preferable. The top bedroom was very spacious with a lovely patio but we wanted the privacy of our own ensuite. One of the bedrooms had very little storage/hanging space for your clothes so would benefit from a small wardrobe or extra drawers adding.

Really comfortable accommodation. Everything you could need is provided. A minor point but a full length mirror would be useful and a better choice of tv stations, especially for British visitors.

Everything was excellent Nothing

We absolutely loved the villa, which is a simply beautiful home and does not feel like holiday accommodation. The specification of the villa is fabulous, with so many lovely touches, and the views are stunning. We made good use of all the facilities offered and our children particularly loved the padel court and putting green. We did have some issues during our stay and perhaps had to contact Destination Algarve more times than we would have wanted to - at one stage on a virtually daily basis regarding the a/c and the electrics / front gates not opening - which was not ideal on a holiday. We were also sometimes unsure which days the cleaners would be arriving - as they did not come on the days we were originally told they would - so slightly improved communication on this front would be beneficial. Destination Algarve were always very polite, responsive and helpful, however, and none of this altered our view of the villa, which is a stunning place. We also appreciated Destination Algarve returning to us the mobile phone charger we left behind in the villa!
