Stayed Mar 7, 2024This is our second time staying at this apartment, we returned because the kids had so much fun the first time however we chose this apartment as it had the swimming pool and spa and we were not told until we arrived that they were both out of order for the whole duration of our stay and longer. If we had known this we would have stayed elsewhere, we still had to pay the same rate and the pools were listed as available on booking there was no mention of this at all till check in no email prior etc.. the pool gave the kids something to do when we were having quiet time at the apartment so this was a let down.

Stayed Mar 28, 2024Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Perfect location to all Mount activities, beach, cafes, hot pools, shops, park etc all an easy walk. Spacious modern Apartment clean and well appointed. Pool was clean and great for the family as not very deep. Parking was a little tight wirh a large vehicle. Comfortable beds. Lounge suite could definitely benefit from a good clean and warning of a machinery noise (possibly from apartment heatpumps) all night outside Master bedroom window would have been good. Didnt bother us first night, but certainly others once facility busier. Wouldnt prevent us staying again but would bring air plugs.

Stayed Apr 24, 2022A very comfortable and spacious apartment right in the heart of the mount. Apartment had everything we needed and more It was a shame the swimming pools were both broken during our stay but that’s not the owners fault.
