Within 10 mins walking for shop, train station and beach. Really quiet location. Lovely decor and homely. A few staples available to use, as walkers we would have appreciated some shampoo as we were not carrying any but only a small niggle. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay again.

We had a few days stay at this property for the bank holiday weekend. The apartment was well equipped and had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. The apartment is a away from the main hustle and bustle of Whitby do a bit of walking is needed. Parking is nearby at the Whitby leisure complex. All in all I would recommend.

Very clean and homely property, in a fantastic location. The owners kept us updated and answered any questions we had.

The property was well-equipped and well-located to explore Whitby. It was close to the centre but still nice and quiet. The parking was easy and close at West Cliff car park and whilst advertised at £9 for 24 hours, it is free from 18:00-09:00, so you can actually get 2 nights parking for your £9 if you time it right. It was ideal for us for a 2 night stay, but staying in West Cliff may not be the best for those with limited mobility, as the hill down to the town centre is quite steep. From the bedroom window there was a good view of the abbey, which was a bonus! Luckily it was nice and mild when we visited in October, as the control panel seemed to be locked on the bedroom radiator and this couldn't be increased from the setpoint of 14.5 degrees C.

We had a great three night stay in this lovely little apartment. The apartment is nicely decorated and most importantly it is very clean! We are a family with 2 young children and the property gave us plenty of space and all that we needed for a short stay. The location is great, it is just a short walk to the beach, into the town and the main tourist sites. There is a large carpark just a few minutes walk away that you can park in for several days. The hosts are friendly and helpful! We will definitely book to stay here again if we return to Whitby.

The apartment was in a quiet street, long stay parking available a very short walk away. The apartment was tastefully decorated and had everything we needed. The beach and whalebones were just a few minutes walk, the location could not have been better. The owner communicated very effectively, clear instructions regarding keysafe, Wi-Fi etc and also checking that everything was satisfactory. Overall we would recommend this apartment and would visit again.

We liked this property because it had every thing that one could possibly need, every thing had been carefully thought out by Paula and Chris to ensure you wanted for nothing. The property itself is on the west cliff area so it is just a short walk to to the shops, harbour, restaurants and cafes etc. Most roads or streets in Whitby require a parking ticket to be displayed in your windscreen which some g.h. provide but it can still be hard to find a parking spot, walk to the sea front will bring you to west cliff car park,this charges £9 per 24 hours which was not too bad. (although not too far away are residential streets that you can park on free of charge) As far as we are concerned there is nothing to comlain about this appartment and it is excellent value for money.

We had a wonderful stay in the flat. It was well equipped and a strategic location to the bus stop and the coastal trail. It was tastefully decorated and felt like a home away from home. The host, Paula, was responsive and welcoming. We would love to come back!

Really lovely property, well situated just a few minutes walk from the sea front and conveniently located for places to eat etc. Property was lovely and clean with everything you would need for a few days away. Would recommend.

Superb is a word not often used in reviews but this place certainly deserves the accolades that it receives. We have had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay here. Perfect host and literally everything you need as a home from home at the apartment. It is perfectly located for you to enjoy everything Whitby has to offer. We will certainly return.

The apartment was perfect for our short stay. It was well equipped including additional extras, beautifully clean and fresh, lovely decor and in a great location. Communication and access to the property was all clear and straightforward. Our first visit to Whitby and we loved it. Hopefully will visit again soon.

We stayed a week and it really was like a home from home.

This property was just what we wanted and was great for a short stay in Whitby. Great little apartment with lots of light and very clean. Good amenities and within a short walk of the centre. Would stay in the same place again if we returned to Whitby.
