Our spacious 60m2 one or two -bedrooms Business Apartments is ideal for the single traveler or a ( two) couples . Some apartment has a stunning full view to Lake Geneva. and some have a very nice view from balcony to the pedestrian street. The property is located on the pedestrian street in the historical Centre of Vevey.

PROPERTY OVERVIEW
The ground floor consists of a private entrance – secured by the use of a personal access system as well as video surveillance – and a nice shop/office base with street front.
The apartments are located on the 1st to the 4th floor. some with one bedroom and some with 2 bedrooms. But all same size and design.. and can host up to 4 persons, with a comfortable extra bed in lounge area.

The house, from the 18th century, is renovated in a contemporary design with respect for the old historical building.

Throughout the Property, we used the finest natural materials – corian desks, whitewashed wooden floors, black African tiles...

The apartments are furnished with a combination of modern contemporary design and design classics such as VIPP (MoMA), Bestlite and Philippe Starck.
The décor leaves a bright and minimalistic impression, which is the characteristic of Scandinavian design.

    This third floor apartment (located in the old section of Vevey) was a great location to rent for a first time visit to Switzerland. Mr. Anders provided the necessary information for the use of the apartment equipment and local surroundings. The train station is close. There is a wonderful farmer's market on Wednesday. The tourist center is very helpful and only two blocks away. The walk along Lake Leman is breathe taking in the early morning hours and at dusk. Please be aware that there is no working elevator in the building. The climb did not bother us. We hope to use this property in the future.
