Ski equipment rental/sales, laundry facilities, a mini-market, bars, and restaurants are located within the residence.

- Bed linens, towels, made beds, a set of 2 tea towels, 1 bath mat per bathroom, 1 cleaning kit (1 roll of toilet paper, shampoo/shower gel (30 ml), 6 dishwasher tablets, 1 sponge, dish soap, 1 dishcloth, 1 garbage bag, and multi-purpose cleaner) to get you started.

Please note that:
- A security deposit of €1400, taken via credit card imprint (no charge), will be required before your arrival through our partner Swikly.

- The keys will be given to you at the agency on your arrival day between 5 pm and 7 pm and must be returned to the agency before 9 am on your departure day.

- The apartment will be provided clean; we ask that you leave it in the same condition.

- The apartment is strictly non-smoking: Failure to comply with this strict no-smoking rule (cigarettes, hookahs, etc.) will result in a penalty equal to 50% of the security deposit.

This penalty will be used for cleaning and sanitizing the apartment.

- Pets are not allowed.

- Parking spaces are available for rent in one of the building's garages.
