We inform you that:
- A security deposit of €1400, via credit card imprint (no charge), will be required before your arrival at our partner Swikly's site.




- the keys will be given to you at the agency on the day of your arrival between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. and must be returned to the agency before 9 a.m. on the day of your departure.

- the apartment is given to you clean, we ask you to return it in the same condition.

- the apartment is strictly non-smoking: In the event of non-compliance with this strict clause of no smoking in the apartment (cigarettes, shishas, etc.), the penalty will be compensation corresponding to 50% of the amount of the deposit.

This compensation will be used for the sanitation of the apartment.
