We are pleased to offer our holiday rental apartment in one of the very best locations on this smart sought after secure complex, south facing with excellent views. This triplex penthouse is arranged over 3 floors. From the lower dining terrace and the large roof solarium you can enjoy sun from early morning and watch the sun go down in the evening, overlooking far reaching views to the west and the pool and gardens to the east. Below the terrace are beautiful Moorish inspired pools and fountains
Awnings are provided on both terraces if you would like shade during the day.
Sunbeds , comfortable sofas and a 2nd dining set are provided on the large roof terrace. Mini furniture is provided for little ones.
The apartment has quality appliances in the well equipped kitchen and a new silent air-conditioning/ heating system.
The beds and linen are good quality , with an extra deep memory foam topped king sized mattress. The floor length curtains have thermal blackout linings to help ensure a perfect nights sleep and to keep cool during the day.
There is a convenient secure underground parking space next to the lift up to the apartment, by arrangement if required. There is fibre optic WIFI and 120 IPTV channels including 12 UK channels and numerous international channels. There are DVD and video players with a range of films suitable for all ages. plus a selection of beach toys, books, tennis racquets etc.
Security is excellent with the main car entrance manned 24 hours a day and security cameras throughout the complex. The beautifully maintained complex has much to offer, landscaped gardens, large pool with sunbeds and summer life guard.
Adjoining the complex are a great selection of cafes, bars and restaurants. A 24 hour taxi rank and bus stop can be found just outside the complex with time tables at the apartment A few minutes walk away is a small supermarket (open 24/7) and a couple of delivery takeaways.
There are lots of things to do in the area. The Brothers tennis club, with its friendly cafe, caters for adults and is great for children of all ages and is 2 minutes walk from the complex.
Perfect for golfers who can enjoy a choice of 4 excellent courses in the immediate area.
The large popular Saturday market selling clothes ,shoes, artwork and much more is within walking distance.

    The complex is in an excellent location, within walking distance to Puerto Babis or cheap bus (just over one euro) to Marbella. The only thing to raise would be for those with mobility issues - lots of stairs with the nearest toilet inside the apartment on the first floor - a minor point but worth mentioning for those who may be affected. Would definitely stay here again.

    The house is nice and clean. But 3 pools are mentionned in the description; the child pool had no water and the indor pool was under construction. We could only use the outdoor pool, but the water was so freezing cold, that we never went into the water. As well the fitness room did not exist (although anounced). The later which welcomed us had no time at all; just handed over the keys and said good-bye, have to go to the next customer. Marbella is nice, but we will for sure not return to this place.

    Stayed in Carolines and Williams superb 3 storey apartment. Everything was exactly as advertised with no issues. any minor queries were answered promptly. We stayed with our 2 young boys and there are quite a few steps to contend with so be mindful if mobility is an issue. The apartment is around a 20 minute walk from P Banus but there are plenty of nice places to stop on the way. A taxi is only €7 on average. There are also nice bars and restaurants at the front of the complex (El Jardin being a fav). The only issue is with the wider complex which suffers from an identity crisis, the life guards won't even let you throw a tennis ball to each other God forbid you'd like to eat or drink something near the pool. A hen party was also thrown out as 2 of them jumped into the pool during the night. It's definitely not a place for hens or stags but it's also on the quiet side for families. I could see myself returing if I had no kids and I was looking for a place to stay. No issues with the apartment like I said it's just with the complex management.

    The apartment is furnished to high standard and is very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The kitchen is decently appointed and there is all you need if you want to cook and the lower balcony is ideal for leisurely evening meals. The owners have listed a good spread of good restaurants within walking distance. The general information provided is also detailed and accurate and the owners responded promptly and positively to feedback. For example the immersion heater team was dripping and was fixed within a day with a brand new system. The apartment has nice views to the sea in the distance and both balconies overlook the outside pool. The upper balcony is great for sun worshipers. We stayed in the week before some planned improvements and the space will be even better when the Aircon is moved to the roof and the area re tiled. The neighbours are very pleasant and quiet and we didn't hear any extraneous noises while we were there. There is no building work nearby and none in prospect. The outside pool is large enough for length swimming (even for committed swimmers). The inside pool is hard to find and you might wish you hadn't found it. It's small and tired looking, but comes into its own if you have young children you need to tire out on a cold day. There is free parking in the underground carpark and the apartment’s bay is conveniently located near to the lift. For reasons that escape me the lift is a few steps up from the car park but it is only a few and so long as you have one able bodied person in the group it is not a problem. Taking everything into account it was a very good experience and one that I would strongly recommend.

    Very spacious and clean apartment with lovely balcony. Great complex with lovely pool area and great security. Would definitely return!
