Excellent Reviews: 500 ft to beach and central air conditioning!

This is a lovely rental. Extremely clean and organized with spacious rooms and nice bedding.The kitchen has a great selection of dishes and cooking supplies. We felt very comfortable and at home.No complaints.

Our stay was wonderful. All we could ask for and more. Communication a 5. Julie is lovely and very accommodationg in every way. Unit is very comfortable with newer furniture, a/c and every appliance for cooking and baking. Very short walk down to the beach and playground area. Can't say enough how nice it was. Beautiful property with close proximity to beach. We really liked that the staircase was closed off, so our toddler didn't have free access to it.

We had an excellent stay in Plymouth. Home is in a great location, with access to the free Circuit ride service and an easy walk to playground at the beach. The home was beautiful and very comfortable- my kids wanted to move in! Excellent communication with the host who was very helpful with recommendations and making sure we had everything we needed. Hope we are able to stay here again!

The condo was in a great location, clean upon arrival, and had very intentional amenities for guests (beach chairs, games, toys, and much more). Julie, the host, was very accommodating, easy to communicate with, and reached out to make sure everything was going smoothly. 10/10 stay! Would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay here with our 3 year old and 8 month old sons. They had toys and games that really helped make a rainy day with young kids much more fun!

A fantastic place. Julie has created a space that is warm and welcoming. So nicely appointed with everything you need, including a very complete kitchen. There are so many little touches that make this place special for both adults and children. Just one example: there is an antique doorbell on the door and Julie left a note in the property booklet that not only mentioned it, but actually encouraged children to play with it. The property is located 100 yards from Nelson Beach, a small beach with a great playground with sections for both the little ones and somewhat older children. There is also a splash pad (in season). You can walk or bike to everything Plymouth has to offer in just a few minutes and Julie has provided the most detailed set of instructions we have seen regarding where to eat and what to do.

Comfortable apartment in a great location!We enjoyed our stay at Julie’s place. The apartment is in a great location, close to the beach and walking distance to town center and historic attractions. The home is also clean, spacious and comfortable. It is nicely decorated with a well appointed kitchen, comfortable beds and bedding. The high speed internet and separate den were an added benefit. We were also pleasantly surprised at how many restaurants and shops were open in the off season. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend!

We loved this property and were all sad to leave. It was a fantastic home away from home. The space was well laid out and had everything we needed for our week in Plymouth. But the location was great! The beach park and splash pad down the road became a nightly activity. And all the restaurants, history, and shops just around the corner made it easy to find something to eat or do after a long day of exploring. Bike path was also wonderful for a quick workout.

We were planning a special trip to have our 2 boys together since we all live far away from eachother. One son has his 2 year old on the weekends. This was a perfect spot, within walking distance to the pkayground and splash pad. The owners mother lives in the downstairs apartment and I felt bad when the baby would be loud, but she said she enjoys hearing the sound of children. The hosts were super friendly and accommodating. The place was comfortable and pretty. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
