Excellent location!Comfy Studio near Manhattan

We rented the place for one night because we attended a concert in Prudential Center. The property is a walkable distance from the station and also from the venue. The place was very nice, clean and the beds were comfortable. There were a lot of small thoughtful details included. Would stay here again!

We were in easy walking distance to the Pru Center and felt safe walking back after the show.

If you are doing anything in New York City this is the place to stay! It is clean, beds are comfortable. We did not cook there but there was everything you need to make your own meals. There is a bar with food, a Mexican restaurant and Sushi all right there There is a parking lot across the street and Penn Station is across the steet from that. The train into NYC is easy to use and very convenient. Will always stay here when visiting NYC

This is a scam listing!! STAY AWAY. I asked and asked for check in info and got NO response!! VRBO tried contacting owner numerous times and got NO response. I had to scramble to try and find other accommodations. STAY AWAY

You can't beat the location, right across the street from Newark Penn station. The apartment is pitch black if you have the lights off, and very quiet at night. It's really easy to sleep, but hard to wake up because of no natural light. So you might want to set an early alarm and turn on the bedside lamp a little before you want to get up. The kitchen is fantastic. We saved so much money cooking breakfast ourselves. Checkout was really easy. Just put any dishes in the dishwasher. They don't expect you to clean the entire place, do the laundry, etc We were bummed out that the jetted tub wasn't working. Hopefully they will fix it.

Everything about the place

Excellent location next to train station. Excellent host offering little attentions such as a bottle of wine, snacks, very nice to have after a long drive. Everything was in order, clean and very clear communication. Highly recommend if you want to visit New York easily!

They're way of having everysingle thing on a detailed way for upcoming family. Having snacks even wine ready for ot to be served. Loved the place very fabcy aesthetic unique.

Was not able to stay at property, information to enter site was not provide in a timely matter. Received an e mail on the 8th when my stay was for the 7th.

The proximity to NJ Penn station for a quick trip Into Mahattan can not be beat! Arrive at NY Penn station/MSG. Amazing! Place was spacious enough for the 5 of us. The pull out couch is probably best for a teen/child but we made it work.

Wonderful spot very close to public transport ( in 20 min in WTC NY city), very nice and clean and spacefull appartment. Full equiped and very nice beds.

Its a good place to stay with your family for short duration. Bathroom was clean and spacious. Overall it was a comfortable stay.

When looking for an affordable place to stay for our trip to New York we found this little gem. Very clean, friendly host and just next to Newark Penn Station. Everything was really easy and we really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely recommend!

I loved it here! Very clean. Beds were so comfortable. Felt very safe as there is a locked gate before you enter the apartment. A little confused when we arrived because I wasn’t aware it was below the taco place and not above it. Had an issue with the hot water because there wasn’t any in the shower. Owner sent a plumber over to check it out as soon as possible. Still had no hot water in the shower. But we didn’t let that ruin our weekend. Over all it was the perfect little location for me and my daughters New York weekend get away. Would definitely stay here again!

I wish I could include the pictures and video that I took because words will not do our stay justice but I will certainly try: • The smell of Febreze was so overwhelming that I started to feel ill. To put it into perspective, I spent 3 full days in and out of the apartment and my jacket smelled like Febreze almost 10 days after I returned home. • The pillows did not have any pillow protectors underneath the pillow case and they were stained a yellow-ish brown color. • There were multiple stains on both of the duvet covers. • Underneath the flat sheet of the bed, we found several different kinds of human hair. Some that looked very similar to pubic hair. • The accent pillows, on the side bench, were covered in mold. • There were dead insects in most of the lighting covers on the ceiling. • The walls had fingerprints, wear and tear, and crayon/pencil marks everywhere. • There were multiple water marks on the ceiling throughout the entire apartment. Some of them appeared to have mold growing on them; especially in the bathroom. • The bathtub was not in working condition because the hot water handle was missing. We found it in the bathroom closet. It seemed to have cracked completely off. • There was a suspicious hole in the shower-next to the hot and cold handle. • Depending on the time of day, the shower did not have hot water, it was room temperature at best. I reached out to “management” and still have not received any response. Our stay was on 12/2-12/5 of 2023.

Everything was great- prefect location, clean and cozy. I would definitely come back.

Spent some of spring break taking the kids to NYC. We drove ourselves everywhere so the biggest issue was paying for parking everywhere- including to park at this place, which it does state in the description. At least $20 overnight. But budget that in and its no big deal. Place is downstairs from a taco joint but the noise wasn't noticeable. Even though we were in the city we actually felt pretty safe carting 3 kids around. You have to cross the street from parking to the apartment. There was a lot next door too, which would fix that but they park your car for you and that was weird for us, so we used the lot across the street which let us park. The host was very responsive and helpful when we asked questions about navigating around the area. The place was clean, spacious, and comfy for our family of five. You don’t pump your own gas in Jersey for those less city- oriented. Overall a good stay!

Apartment was very cute and clean!!!! Owner was very responsive and welcoming! Location is right near Penn Station so very convenient.

It was quiet, comfortable and clean. Close to the necessary amenities. The bed was comfortable, and I slept well. I will definitely return here.
