    Nice apartment, great location on Bribie Island. Close to the beach and the pool was a hit with the kids. The only constructive suggestion that I would offer would be to refresh bathrooms - they are clean but showing their age.

    The unit itself was a little dated & not to my standard of cleaning but it was certainly sufficient for my 5 night stay.The double bed was a little hard & uncomfortable for my back. The unit was stocked well with appliances, crockery etc. The balcony gave great views of the pool & water and I loved waking every morning and going for walks along the waterfront.Pretty well everyone said hi - they were so friendly. We didnt use the car much as we could walk to shops, restaurants, cafes & the RSL shuttle picked me up for the RSL where I had a meal with a friend. Excellent location.

    The apartment looks about 30 years old. Paint is dirty and chipped. Handle missing off the drawer in the kitchen. Beds are 30 years old and concrete would be softer. Apartment needs about $20k spent on it to bring it into the 21st century. Do not stay here! Real Estate gave us our money back but continues to rent the apartment out even though people have complained before!
