Stayed Jan 2, 2023Excellent host! Very accommodating and attentive. The location is great especially if you want to use the Metro. The apartment has all the amenities needed for an extended stay (kitchen, washing machine and dryer). Especially well suited for solo travelers planning to eat in.

Stayed Oct 21, 2020Was a great location. Walk to Metro, restaurants. Very compact with nice amenities. Perfect for us and our little dog. Our kids were just 4 miles away. Only thing I would have liked is a better freezer in the small refrigerator. Never did freeze anything..

Stayed Oct 11, 2019The layout of this apartment is perfect with a separate living room/kitchen and bedroom. The bathroom is unique in that the whole room IS the shower and the showerhead lights up as the water flows. The unit includes a small washer, dryer, dishwasher, coffee maker (with biodegradable poss) and super easy WiFi. It is a lovely five to six-minute walk to the Metro which makes the place accessible to anywhere in DC. I didn't even need to rent a car. Fantastic restaurants are within walking distance.

Stayed Mar 20, 2019This little gem is in a great location. Walkable to metro, restaurants and bars. I was a little taken aback by the size of the shower, but it turned out to be a great, relaxing shower! Thanks to Erika for keeping in touch to make sure my stay was as comfortable and hassle-free as possible!

Stayed Jun 13, 2018Rented this for my son who was completing an internship at the NIH. He had a great stay! 10 minutes to work. Parking available. Erika was a great hostess. She was very responsive and easy to communicate with. He loved the space and the yard. Great place to stay! Recommend highly!
