This property, was fantastic. Perfect size studio,grèat artistic, homey style with full facilitaties, outdoor furniture in lovely garden at a exceptional price. Near beautiful Ettalong Beach, wharf, cinema, cafés & shops. The Land lady was friendly & helpful. I definitely want to return again.

Irmgard (Inga) was lovely, greeted me on arrival and showed me the lowdown on how it all worked etc, which was great and then pretty much left me alone for the rest of my stay, which is what I wanted... perfect!

This place was perfect for us. It was a very large, spacious area which was nice and homely and had everything we needed. The bed was really comfortable and the shower was lovely and hot. The host has put a lot of thought into the little things that are often missed in other places. The location was perfect for us with a ferry stop down the side street and a bus stop opposite and it was an easy walk to the shops & restaurants as well. Thank you Irmgard for being an amazing host and for being so welcoming by checking in on us to make sure we had everything we needed to make our stay perfect. We would definitely stay here again.

Located just around the corner for the ferry and a lovely walk along the beach to The Club for dinner the Studio is easily accessible. We parked out the front. The studio was large and had everything we needed and more. Our host was friendly and available for advice on dining, shopping etc. we enjoyed our short stay and would return for another stay.

The property was excellent for the specific needs of our visit to Ettalong Beach

Very clean and comfortable, close to all amenities - car not needed. Ferry not operating during our visit due to dredging the Channel but otherwise ferry from Pittwater, etc a viable option. Host very helpful and accommodating. Lovely private garden to relax in.

Great spot for a short (or even long) break in beautiful Ettalong Beach. Very comfortable bed with lots of choices for bedding which (in Autumn) proved very helpful. Large and airy room, modest but efficient kitchenette and bathroom. Full size fridge and good range of options for those (like me) who like to make my own meals. Beautiful garden with seating both in the cool shade and the warm sunshine. Super close to walk to lots of eating out options and also on a local bus routes (and ferry) should you want to travel farther. Excellent on street parking available. Irmgard is a wonderful host and I couldn’t recommend her place more highly.

We did not stay at this property. On line listing had provided a photo of sea and ferry terminal indicating that property overlooked same . It did not. Main window looks out onto a busy road , with cars parked all along it. The main gate , under house , ground to roof height was difficult to open , 2 sides ,both locked at ground and roof. Even property owner had difficultly closing. We left and found great accommodation close by with sea views

Near beach.

Irmgard’s studio was very well equipped and she made the check in process very easy. It’s in a great location close to the water, ferry and retail area of town. However, I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the property, as well as the noise. Upon check in, I discovered the bathroom sink was leaking and the floor was soaked. The toilet paper was mouldy, which indicated it had been wet for some time. Because of the situation in the bathroom (which Irmgard resolved quickly), I used the mirror in the main living area to get changed, however it was incredibly dusty which made it hard to see. The bathroom also had hair clippings on the toilet seat and vanity, which looked like someone had given themselves a haircut. It also smelled like sewage at times. On the first night, I was woken at 4am to a woman yelling and a dog barking upstairs. This went on for an hour, until the woman was picked up by a car right outside the window at 5am. Unsure if this was Irmgard or someone else, but it was incredibly disruptive to my sleep. Thankfully the rest of the stay was uneventful and the bed was comfortable enough that I got decent rest the following night. Overall I would not stay again.

Host was very friendly & welcoming. The studio was lovely with everything we needed with a very pleasant outdoor area.

Irmgard was extremely welcoming, asking if there was anything I needed. My phone charger wasn't working and she kindly lent me hers. She also assisted me with transport to where my family was staying.

Host very helpful and kind in every way. Amenities were very good, plenty of space and a nice backyard to sit in.

We liked the location but parking was difficult. The air conditioning couldn’t quite cool effectively. The host was friendly and helpful. Parking was difficult and some milk and sugar would have been nice. The space was nice but the bathroom was very small with not much room to store things and getting dressed in there was not very comfortable. Overall the location was good and we could walk to many venues and along the beach and esplanade.

Good location with bus stops near and easy stroll into town. Easy access to beach and ferry.Well equipped with nice garden and use of BBQ.Excellent value for money.

Great stay and terrific location.

The weather was so wet and windy and coming home to this little haven each night was wonderful!

This accomodation was so terrible that I opted to move out after one night and go somewhere else. There was wet washing hanging on the line where I had wanted to sitoutside, The stove switch was broken and I was ner vous of using it, cockroach in the kitchen, food scraps in the drawer under the bed, burst bottle of wine in the freezer, microwave not clean, dust and fluff inside the bed lamps that made me sneeze, host not available for sign in and not on the premises, toaster looked dirty inside. I request a refund from this stay because I had to find alternative accommodation.

Well located, homely accommodation, excellent and very attentive host, and the location provided every type of activity we were looking for.

We spent two nights and enjoyed every minute. We sat out in the lovely garden, took the ferry to Palm Beach, enjoyed the beach and the food at a couple restaurants.

Location could not have been better, a 50 metre walk from the ferry and central to everything. The studio was large with plenty of storage, fully equipped kitchen, full size fridge and a very comfortable bed. The host was terrific! Would definitely stay there again.

Irmgard has a very good setup. Very nice garden area to enjoy the sun. Close to beach and ferry a short stroll to shops, cafes and market .Made for an excellent few days break
