Located in an iconic building on the first beachfront line, this third-floor accommodation offers a stunning front sea view, being just 30 metres from the sand of Praia da Rocha.

Space and Comfort

Decorated with a practical and welcoming style, the studio maximises the natural light that enters through the balcony. The open space concept unites the sleeping area with the living area, where a sofa invites you to relax while contemplating the maritime horizon. Being on the 3rd floor allows you a unique proximity to the avenue's energy and the blue of the sea, all just a few steps away.



It is PROHIBITED the entry of any type of external service providers in the local accommodation.



NOTE: Only 3 people are admitted (including adults, children, and babies).



A deposit of EUR 400 is required upon arrival. The deposit will be charged as a credit card payment, Revolut or advance bank transfer. The deposit will be refunded up to 3 days after check-out, following a full inspection and cleaning of the accommodation.



TOURIST TAX OF PORTIMÃO:

According to municipal legislation applicable from 14 March 2024 to all bookings, guests must pay in cash at check-in:

In high season (01/04 to 31/10) 2€ per person, per night.

In low season (1/11 to 31/03) 1€ per person, per night.



Note:

The rate is limited to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights per stay, being charged only to guests aged 13 or over, as well as those who have proof of travel to the municipality for health reasons or disability equal to or greater than 60%.



Water and electricity consumption expenses are included within the normal parameters of a conscious usage.

Readings are taken at the entrance and exit to determine the consumption for the reservation period in question (whenever different from 30 days, the corresponding calculation is made).

Any consumption that exceeds the included value will have this excess to be settled by guests to NURIS2U on the day before departure, in cash.

Included values, of electricity and water, in each 30-day reservation according to the accommodation type:

T0: Electricity 100 kWhs and Water 4 m3.

If the excess is not settled, the company reserves the right to deduct from the deposit value.



PAYMENT: Payment must be made with the details of a physical credit card (not virtual), and it is necessary to confirm the transaction in your bank's application. Virtual cards (MBWay, Apple Pay or others) are not accepted.

    Great sea and beech views. Very clean & tidy with thanks to their great cleaning staff/team. Stayed here last summer and had to book this again. Nuris2u were very helpful as always and very accommodating. Shops all at the door step and beech nearby. Had everything I needed. I would definitely recommend booking with Nuris2u for the best quality apartments. nothing!

    The view from the balcony, and the whole apartment by the way, is exactly like in the picture. Steps from beach and grocery store are big pluses. It was just perfect for a 2-person stay. Wi-Fi was strong and washing machine worked well. Appreciated the prompt refund of the safety deposit and the warm welcome from office staff. We understand that cleaning of dishes is incumbent on the guests, but leaving the washrooms glasses dirty, dripping with toothpaste is not a pleasant first impression. Also, there's a small dog barking incessantly, in the back of the unit, maybe better sealing of the door would help. But all that did not alter our appreciation of our stay.

    Apartment with beautiful view on the 3rd floor. Apartment easily accessible from the stand side and from the private parking by elevator. Balcony with awning. Quietly running, individually controlled air conditioning for warm days/nights. Kitchen fully equipped (dishwasher would have been nice). The coordination with Nuris2U was quick and easy via Whatsapp. Cleaning team (2x per week) works thoroughly. The last request via Whatsapp was unfortunately not answered despite two contacts. Therefore one point deduction.

    Alles war wirklich perfekt, die Aussicht, die Lage, die Wohnung und natürlich ganzes Team NURIS 2U. Sie sind immer freundlich und immer bereit uns bei allem zu helfen. Hatten eine richtig schöne Zeit, vielen Dank für alles :) Wir würden sofort wiederkommen es war einfach nur traumhaft .

    Estúdio na primeira linha da praia com vistas maravilhosas sobre a Praia da Rocha. O espaço está muito bem equipado com tudo o que é necessário para passar uns dias agradáveis de praia com todo o conforto e acessibilidades. O estacionamento privado é uma mais valia que pesou consideravelmente na escolha deste estúdio. Os serviços prestados pela Nuris2U são cinco estrelas, equipa profissional e muito simpática. Experiência a repetir! Nada a mencionar. Continuar com a qualidade do espaço e dos serviços prestados.
