We appreciated the host’s help to access the loft on day one. I’ll tell you the positives first.1. Parking was easy and always available, though it’s street side.2. It was quiet.3. Location is awesome for sightseeing downtown and close to restaurants.4. Plenty supplies provided. Loved it.Negatives1. Water spills out full blast at bottom of shower. Might as well leave door open.2. Black gunk in shower tile crevices. Deep clean needed.3. There’s roaches. My wife found one in the bottom drawer of the kitchen and I found another one dead floating in the toilet when I woke up. My wife fixated on that which ruined the mood, caused paranoia and negated using the kitchen.

I chose this rental for the good location and price. It's in a pretty charming little pocket of a fun neighborhood with quick access to many great restaurants and coffee shops. Walking distance to a couple of venues. For the price I can't complain about the unit. A little clunky and could perhaps use some updating. If everything was renovated, I could no longer afford it. So, it's just fine as it is. It has some personality, and everything was clean which is most important. I appreciated the coffee grounds and coffee maker. There is a full kitchen which I didn't have time to take advantage of. I would gladly return!

Quiet and neatly equipped spot, no frills yet very well located. Not a fan of green fridges myself but the host was very helpful. I miss the days when coffee and tea were part of the basics. Recommend for those who like to bring their own accessories.

Arda’s loft is in a great location that made it easy to get to all of the things we planned to. Parking on the street right in front of it was very easy. The design and decor of the loft, was subtle but still had a lot of beautiful personal touches. It reminded me of my own apartment back home. Definitely recommend for a couple’s getaway or even staying with a small child. I only make note of that because it is a very small space that doesn’t provide much in the way of privacy. But for our needs it worked out perfectly! I would stay again and recommend it to anyone wanting a cozy stay.

We drove up from Fort Johnson just to do a couple fun activities away from base. We enjoyed it the place was close to a lot of things we wanted to do and it was the perfect size for us. Only thing we noticed was it was a tad bright at night, a curtain on the door and window in kitchen would fix that easily. Even still it was very enjoyable!!
