Entertainer home hot tub Universal sleeps 12

We were a group of nine relatives in town for a graduation. We want to stay near our son and found this property just a couple blocks away. The home is spacious, very tastefully designed and decorated, well equipped, and has great outdoor space. I highly recommend it.

Nice location. Close to area attractions such as Hollywood and Universal. It worked well for our family visit to Universal Studios. It was nice to have so many bathrooms and laundry facilities.

The house is very nice, modern, description is accurate, good communication with the owners. Close to freeways, attractions. We had 8 adults and we had plenty of room. I’d stay there again

This home has everything you need and more!Our family of 7 comfortably stayed here for 7 days. Beds were comfortable, 5 toilets, 4 bathrooms were an added bonus when there is so many of us.Living area was super spacious and plenty of chairs for everyone to relax. Kitchen amenties were excellent, nice big fridge/ freezer and oven.plenty of cutlery to cater for us all too.The washing machine and dryer were also massive and great for being able to do washing of a night time after full on days out and about.Overall this home was the perfect base camp for us, 10 minutes to Universal Studios, 15 minutes to Hollywood and just over an hour to Disneyland, there was nothing we could fault.Thank you for providing such a beautiful, clean and well equipped home, we truly appreciated it!

This is an absolute must for your stay in LA! Highly recommend. Incredible and comfortable. My only recommendation is that they add a gas grill!

Nice home and we had a great stay. The communication with the host was not great. They were snippy. When I called to ask how to turn on the oven they didn't know and had to message me back through VRBO - that took a while and they did not respond with a solution. Luckily one of us finally figured it out. The next day I sent a message about loud sounds coming from a water heater or generator of some sort that went off at 3am. It came from the back master bedroom near the back yard and woke me up. I asked if there was a way to turn it off or prevent it from waking me up again the next night but they were very rude in their response saying, I have no idea what you are talking about and therefore how can I prevent that - wow rude, there is a better way to communicate. From there on I no longer wanted to communicate with them. It woke me up again the next night. Also, 2 of the showers didn't have hot water. I showered with cold water both nights of my stay. Overall, I tried not to let these corks get to me and enjoyed my stay connecting with friends from out of town. The home was beautiful and clean.

Our stay was wonderful. The house completely met our needs. It was clean and totally self-contained. As a senior I would recommend a shower rubber mat be placed in the bedroom closest to the carport. I found it very slippery!

The house was great & the kids had so much fun in the jacuzzi. The living room was spacious enough to fit 12 of us. There was a couple of issues -- heating didn't work on one of the sides of the home for the first couple of hours but it kicked in later... we messaged them and they replied right away and offered to bring someone out following morning. Also, the hallway bathroom doesn't have lighting inside toilet room. The house was clean and every room had enough towels for every guest and even has a washer/ dryer to use. We loved the backyard although the TV is no longer there. We are looking forward to coming hack and booking this place again as it was so close to Universal Studios and other places we visited. Beautiful property great location. Hosts are very receptive. Complained about cleanliness when we first got there. They sent cleaners right away.Will stay again

Our extended family traveled to LA to meet up with our middle son. The house was well equipped, clean, and made our stay feel like a home away from home. The only small issue was the oven wasn’t working but the owners responded quickly.

Outdated photos on website. One of the big reasons we rented this place was for the outdoor entertaining space and tv. When we arrived, it was obvious that the outdoor tv had been removed quite a while ago (cobwebs etc) and not replaced, which was disappointing. Communication was hit or miss. Sometimes I got a response very quickly, sometimes no response. Left a little to be desired Somewhat underfurnished kitchen. House is supposed to sleep 12, but didn’t have anywhere near enough silverware. Also didn’t have basic things like extra trash bags. Overall house is nice, but expected a little more for the cost

Julie and Mike the Host are great people to work with. They responded back quickly with my million questions and was so friendly. The House was very accommodating, clean and great location. Would rent again!

The property is beautiful, although the surrounding neighborhood is inconsistent with the quality of this VRBO home. Our stay was comfortable and the living room was extra large so no one felt squished or crowded as the bride and bridesmaid's got ready. Overall, we had a good experience but there were some minor hiccups that we addressed with the owner. First, we had problems with the drive through security gate whereby the sole remote control stopped working, leaving us with 3 cars temporarily stuck on the property. The property has two drive through gates - one that initially worked and a second that never worked. The property truly needs back-up remotes for these situations. As we turned to the owners/property manager via VRBO app for help to resolve this, we soon learned that no one was available due to their observance of a Jewish holiday. While we certainly respect the privacy of having to observe such a holiday, a rental such as this should not leave guests feeling stranded when no one is available to help. Thankfully a party bus picked up the girls to get to the wedding on time. When we returned Saturday night, the one drive through security gate worked again so we thought everything was OK. However, the next morning (Sunday) when we tried to check-out, the gate stopped working again, thus stranding the same 3 cars. Thankfully a maintenance guy came out and manually reset the gate so we could exit, albeit 15 minutes after the official check-out time.

Nice spacious layout in excellent quiet neighborhood. Great park for kids a block away. Needs a few more knives and forks considering how many it sleeps. Had a few maintenance issues while we were there but I have to say the hosts were extremely responsive in fixing them. Overall highly recommended

The house was nice and a great size for the 8 people that stayed there. We didn't hang out much at the house honestly, we mostly were there just to get ready and to sleep. Overall you can tell that work is actively being done to the house. The outdoor television that is prominently shown in the posting was not there or available for use. One of the bathrooms didn't have a mirror in it which wasn't ideal. One of the issues we had with staying here was getting in and out of the property. The carport has two sliding doors that are supposed to open but only one was operational so made it difficult to get multiple cars in and out, we ended up using street parking which was fine. There was also only one fob that opened the sliding door which wasn't ideal for 8 people at the house. We were constantly putting it back into the lockbox which is literally behind a bush, so coming home late night with your flashlight in the bushes just wasn't the best solution. When I reached out to the hosts about this they told me that what was provided should be sufficient. Overall we had a good stay but just some quirks that I wanted to call out.
