We had an absolutley fantastic time! The apartment was wonderful, especially the outside space. Antonio was a great host, assisting us with information on transport, restaurants, supermarkets etc etc. I have stayed in many rental apartments/villas but I have never experienced such a helpful and attentive landlord. He really makes you feel part of the family. The apartment has everything that you need and it is very close to amenities. The buses run all the time into the centre from a bus top just around the corner. Wish I was there now!

This was a memorable holiday for all of us and we will come back. The flat is fantastic and so is the location, close to the center and plenty of buses, and the train station nearby, to move around easily. We spent most of out times outside cooking and socialising and Mr. Antonio Imperati, gentleman extraordinaire looked after us the whole time, Grazie Antonio, A presto....

This is a lovely apartment in a lovely city, Palermo. Food was provided for us by Antonio for when we arrived and he helped us out in every way he could. It was lovely to go on holiday and instantly feel at home. It is much more than a rental property as it has the furnishings and feel as if a home. We ate all our meals outside on the wonderful balcony and i loved the outdoor kitchen. It is perfect for the hot Palermitan nights. I would recommend this property for anyone, Antonio will do everything he can to ensure a lovely stay and Sicily and Palermo are gorgeous. Thank you Antonio!

A comfortable and for two people very spacious apartment, even more so in the warmer time of the year when you can profit from the large terrace with a complete summer kitchen. Antonio is a very caring host who pampered us with typical sicilian delicacies. But the apartment is not a usual holiday flat that you pay for and then have the feeling it is yours. It is a very private home and we felt somehow like guests having the owner driven out of his very special surrounding.

This is a really well designed apartment. It’s on the top floor (with a reliable lift) so it is quiet and you get a delicious breeze. ‘Indoors’ you have a double bedroom, spacious bathroom, kitchen and large L-shaped living/dining area (with surprisingly comfortable sofa beds). This leads almost seamlessly through French windows into a large ‘outdoors’ area, most of which has a sturdy roof with an attractive wood finish – quite impervious to a couple of heavy evening downpours we experienced while having a drink outside. We more or less lived ‘outdoors’, since it has a second kitchen, a large wooden table and chairs and a profusion of greenery and flowers, which offer privacy. We often ate at home in the evenings, though we had not intended to. There are two supermarkets and a fish shop within 5-10 minutes walk away. We were a party of 3 and found the apartment very comfortable, well appointed and well stocked with the necessaries of life - and some bonuses like an electric juicer for fresh orange in the morning, a hi-fi system and range of CDs for the music lovers and an interesting selection of books, many in English, including some good guides and John Julius Norwich’s history of Sicily under the Normans. Unfortunately, there was so much else to do that my husband only made it to chapter 2 – we’ll have to buy our own copy to finish it. We have stayed in a number of self-catering premises, several of which have been as comfortable and well appointed as this one. However all three of us felt this one was a bit special. Perhaps it was because the furniture, the decorations, the ornaments all reflected the personality of their owner, which made you feel more like a guest in his house than a paying visitor. Certainly on no previous self-catering holiday has the owner taken such trouble to ensure that all our wants have been met. Great accommodation in a beautiful and historic island – a truly memorable holiday!

Antonio , the landlord, was very quick to attend to little things that needed attention. He's very responsible and attentive. The apartment was tastefully decorated, comfortable, and clean. The most pleasant part was the large terrace with kitchen for cooking and table for eating. We cooked and ate several meals there surrounded by Antonio's many potted plants and enjoying the pleasant, fresh air of Palermo. We had never been to Palermo before, and Antonio helped us a great deal to make our visit memorable. Using the apartment as a quiet home base to return to each evening, we used public transport to travel around Palermo and Sicily. It was a wonderful visit for us. Antonio and his apartment contributed greatly to our enjoyment.

The appartment is very nice, well decorated and clean. It has also a very pleasant terrace where it is possible to eat and to relax. The owner (Antonio Imperato) is a gentleman and he cares about everything. It is possible to find a supermarket nearby and the center of the town is not very far.
