Kathy was a wonderful host. She was very responsive and helpful with all questions I had. She was kind enough to let us have an early check in and late check out. The space itself was clean and very convenient. It was walking distance to ski lifts and a short drive into town. Would highly recommend!

Kathy was very welcoming. She was informative about the area, the shuttle bus schedule and our rental unit. All the amenities worked well. The ski history exhibits are one of a kind. They are fun, entertaining and displayed very professionally. It's really something special.

Nice size living room and bedroom. Washer and dryer were great to have since we were on a long road trip. The host has added lots of small things like sandwich bags and sunscreen. Quiet place and conveniently located. Easy to get to town and to hiking trails.

This is a charming unit with all the needed kitchen utensils and rich in ski lore and history. The Hooges were excellent and helpful hosts and provided valuable tips on wildflower viewing spots and cultural events. My wife and I loved our stay.

What an awesome property and perfectly cozy spot to spend a few days in CB! So clean, so quiet, so easy to get around. Near stunning mountain trails and a very convenient shuttle to town. Such a unique place filled with a plethora of Vintage Ski memorabilia. The owners are super friendly and thoughtful! We can’t wait to return.

The property was perfect. The location was ideal as it was very close to the ski resort. The bed is incredibly comfortable, and the place had everything we needed for a quick weekend getaway. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again the next time we are in crested butte.

We loved our stay at Kathy's place! It provided an excellent home base for us on Mt Crested Butte - easy to get to the ski area or into town. One of the coolest parts of this stay was the ski history museum - we loved looking at all the vintage posters and ski gear. A very charming and unique stay - highly recommended!

My Hubby and I loved our stay here. It was the perfect size for the two of us. We skied for two days and the location was perfect. There's a free shuttle if we wished to take advantage of it. We chose not to but if we stayed a third day we probably would have.I would definitely stay here again!

We loved the location of the condo with its easy access to both the mountain resort and the town. It was easy to hop on a bus. The unit was very comfortable- great bed, stocked kitchen with a handy electronic skillet, and heat light plus radiant floor heating made it nice and toasty after a day of skiing. All the vintage ski decor added charm. Kathy was a great hostess!

This was a getaway weekend for my second week of retirement did the two days snowboarding half days snow was good and we went downtown one night to have dinner. Had a great time. The place we stayed was very nice and clean close to the ski slope and easy access to downtown.

Kathy is a gracious and communicative host whose cozy and clean studio made for a comfortable and convenient location to spend a snowy weekend in Crested Butte for a ski race. She went the extra mile allowing me to park my car in her garage so that I could get to and from the Crested Butte Nordic area for ski competitions on Saturday and Sunday mornings without worrying about cleaning the snow off my car or getting out of the driveway. I would highly recommend Kathy as a host and her studio for a single person or a couple looking to vacation in Crested Butte.

Great unit in a perfect spot. Easy to walk to West Wall lift or catch the shuttle right at the driveway. Quiet and cozy. Loved all the ski history and nostalgia. The hosts were very friendly and had excellent communication. We loved or stay and will definitely be back!
