We stayed here while visiting our son at Xavier. The location was convenient to campus and the surrounding area. While the area felt a little older we were told it’s the better side of campus to be on. We had a little trouble with unlocking the electronic key door but the owner was responsive and helpful. The coffee and creamers provided were spot on as that’s all I needed in terms of grocery items for the weekend and I didn’t have to bring or buy them. The massage chair was a hit. We would stay here again.

Our stay for the Ohio is for Lovers festival was fabulous and cozy! The space feels Great area not too far from nightlife or downtown. We will definitely choose to stay here on our Cincinnati trips in the future!!

This was a great place to stay in an up and coming neighborhood. We were able to drive to just about any location in 20 mins or less. The home was cozy and clean. We were able to relax at the end of a busy day of site seeing. The host was so kind and easy to reach. (The only down side, the construction site across the street starts pretty early in the morning) Recommend 8 out of 10 stars

When we arrived we were not impressed by the location as there were people hanging in the parking lot/apartments across the street and they were loud. Also it did not look safe… we were ready to book a hotel, but we decided to go inside to see how we felt. The pictures were on point, but a few things needed attention. #1 complaint was that the bedroom fans do not stay on unless the lights are on. The towels were put away wet, thankfully there were others that were dry. Couch was uncomfortable as were the beds (especially if you are over 5’10”, your feet will hang off the bed.). Also to get from the parking area to the front door you had a far walk or a slightly slanted hill to climb. The good was the hot water had no issues for 4 long showers. We liked the esthetics of the apartment and it was decorated well. Coffee was appreciated very much, especially the variety of options. It was very spacious and once inside we felt safe. If we were in the area again, I would stay if they fixed the fans so they stay on without the lights on. They seem to be building up the area, to make it classier and the police station was less than a half mile away. Host were very pleasant to work with.

This property was perfect for my family of 5. It was very spacious with updates throughout. The neighborhood was nice, with restaurants and stores only a short distance away. Would recommend!

This property was great for a large group. It had everything we needed and close to Xavier University. Would recommend to friends and family.
