Enchanting Casita Near the Santa Fe Plaza

The apartment was clean and spacious. Great lighting. Nice decor. Large closet with extra bedding, towels, etc. Comfortable kitchen. Great location. Easy parking and access. Lovely hot tub!

It was a great place, close to the plaza. You can hear the people next to you, but they weren't obnoxious or anything.

The property was very attractive in decor and well equipped. The street that had access to the property was under construction and very difficult to navigate. The access changed every day. Several times (even late at night after the opera) I had to get out of my car and moved cones and barriers in order to park at my casita. My other issue was the entry code given to me by the owners. I could not get it to work. Peter insisted that the code worked, because he was able to use it from his phone to unlock the door. I just wasn't capable of working it properly. They sent their housekeeper's daughter to the casita the next day to show me how to enter the code. She couldn't make it work either. The owner then gave me a new code, and I didn't have further problems.

Excellent location

Check in was a breeze, Peter was easy to communicate with, and the house was cute, well stocked, and very walkable! Private hot tub was so nice. Would stay here again!

We loved staying at this beautiful casita. The house had everything we needed and we really enjoyed sitting outside in the small patio out back. The casita is very conveniently located to historic center of Santa Fe.

Nice Place

Comfortable bed and bedding in a very cozy bedroom. The hot tub was clean. Its rare to have a hot tub that is as well taken care of as the one at this property. The home was clean and was setup to make us feel right at home. The only thing we lacked was salt and pepper :). The location was perfect. A short walk to many great eateries including Dolina's but just far enough away from the Plaza to not have to deal with traffic/parking (onsite parking is very convenient). Loved the trip and would stay here again.

Everything was fantastic!! Nothing was out of place and very well maintained. Will definitely stay again when we are in town if possible.

The space was very cute and clean. The reasons it does not give 5 stars are (1) noise, and (2) the mattress for the MBR is shot. The wall to the adjoining unit is paper thin and you can literally hear and make out conversations. Also, the unit is along a busy road. So if noise is a concern this is not for you. The mattress is overdue for replacement.

The apartment was blander lovely and restful stay. The location can’t be beat.

Peter was very responsive, the house was walkable to almost everything we wanted to see, the bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed using the hot tub after hiking all day. The home was very clean and it was easy to access using the key code.

The hot tub was amazing after coming back sore from skiing. The house was very clean and a great location to walk to many restaurants and shops. We loved our stay!

Charming and relaxing! The Casita was exactly as advertised. Peter was very communicative and responsive. It was convenient to walk over to Old Town which was awesome. Enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings and the kitchen was well stocked. We’d stay here again if we find ourselves back in Santa Fe.

Great location , close to Plaza and Canyon road. The casita was very clean as was the hot tub. Hot tub is in a private location. The kitchen was well supplied with appliances and cooking utensils. The bed was very comfortable. AC worked well. The host was easy to contact and responses were timely. Good value for the money. I would stay there again and highly recommend.

Location: Amazing, very clean, the provided coffee pods, and water were very nice and appreciated (we did pick up more water, you really need to stay hydrated with the elevation)!Bedroom: bed so comfy, lots of pillows to choose from! Bathroom: roomy, shower water pressure and temp was great, towels soft. Hot Tub: well worth the booking! We did not have the road noise people have talked about only the recycle pick up at 3:30AM!! LOLThe instructions provided, from where to park, the TV, thermostat, sound system, etc., were step by step and easy to follow, the door code kept giving us a hard time, (very well could be user error) lolOnly 2 small items for future renters, kitchen is well equip but there were no spices(only salt and pepper), no plastic wrap, tin foil or plastic baggies so if you are food shopping keep this in mind, we went to Trader Joes for food and hit the Dollar Store next to it that we picked up those items. Other issue was the couch it was not comfy at all, had a distinct slant to the front like you are sliding off of it, living room chair was better, again not a big deal just a note to future renters. This is a walkable location to the Plaza, the Rail Yard, Canyon Rd may be a little to much only due to how long Canyon Rd is, walk back to the house may be a bit much for some.I would highly recommend this rental! Great little apartment within eay walking distance to plaza and there was a little bakery next door that had the best bagels

Perfect vacation home for my husband, pup and me. We ate at 2 restaurants that were within a few minutes away. Although the plaza is close by, it was too hot to walk but that did not become a problem. The AC was superb!!! Slept super comfortably. Plenty of towels and blankets if you need an extra layer.

The location was great, close to everything! Condo was accurately described and has everything you need, just bring your clothes. Hot tub was so nice and easy to use, back patio was a great place to hang out!

Was happy until the people checked in next to us. Walls are thin I guess. Hot tub was drained so didn’t get to use it due to cold water last night there

We really enjoyed our stay here! Communication with Peter was great through the whole process, and the property was even more charming than the photos. We had everything we needed, and more. There was a little construction happening on the adjacent street, but it did not bother us with noise or impede our comings and goings. It was great to have parking on-site. For part of our stay I wasn't feeling well, so I was even more glad we had chosen such a comfortable home base. We have some familiarity with Santa Fe, and this property was an easy walk to most things we wanted to do and a short drive for everything else. Thank you for hosting us-- we hope to stay longer, next time!

This place is so nice and in a great location! The home is very clean and they have thought of every detail. There are tons of blankets and pillows in the closet so you can find exactly what you want. Tons of towels including beach towels to use with the hot tub. Coffee and tea with creamer in kitchen. There were also bottled waters in the fridge which was awesome! It was the perfect place to come home to and relax each night.

We loved this place! Great location very close to many main attractions and restaurants. It was very clean and well appointed, the bed was comfortable and the hot tub made our stay so lovely! Check in process was smooth, and the communication was outstanding. We would definitely stay here again!

Very comfortable apartment, easy access to local places in Santa Fe! Bedroom is large, very comfortable bed and adjacent walkin closet. Cupboard for folded clothes. Hot tub in enclosed patio is nice.Kitchen is fine for light cooking and reheating food.A few considerations would be pullout bed replacement, making sure mice have been taken care of and construction on Guadeloupe in front of the building.Peter was very responsive to any issue and took action to solve at the time.We enjoyed being there!

Nice comfortable place in a great location near the Plaza. Stocked with anything you may need. Hot tub was a bonus. The apartment is on a busy road, but gets quiet in the evening.
