The entire loft is yours for the duration of your stay — completely private, just for you!

You`ll also have access to:

Please Note:
The rooftop deck is a shared building amenity and is managed by the building. While it is available to guests, we cannot guarantee availability at all times. Occasional maintenance, building events, or management decisions may temporarily limit access to the rooftop or specific amenities (grills, fire pit, seating). We appreciate your understanding and recommend treating rooftop access as a bonus perk rather than a guaranteed feature of your stay.

To abide by all legal requirements and property security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal, and/or, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.
Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.
Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
« You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
« You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID prior to check-in as required by building management.
« You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the owner, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.
« You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.

All guests are subject to verification checks and are required to provide the necessary information to us within 24 hours of booking. Same-day bookings are required to provide the information within 1 hour of booking. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation that does not meet our verification check criteria.

Early Check-In Options (Subject to Availability):

1:00 PM – $60

2:00 PM – $45

3:00 PM – $30
- Quite hours: from 10pm-8am

- No parties, events, or large gatherings

- No unauthorized guest: Guests who are not listed on the reservation are considered unauthorized guests and will be charged $150 per night.

- Guests staying for more than 30 days must agree to sign a formal lease agreement.

- Complaints from neighbors for any disturbance or noise will lead to removal of guests from the property without a refund.

- No smoking: If evidence of smoking is found in the unit or anywhere in the Building/premises, guest will be fined $250 for breaking our no smoking policy

- Breaking the house rules or any damage to the property or furnishings may cost you the deposit and we may enter the house (including police or legal action) for necessary corrective/preventive actions.

- The owners/managers reserve the right to enter the premises to make repairs/maintenance or in case of an emergency.
