Stayed Nov 23, 2024You will have an off street parking space which does come in handy. Keypad entry takes you to a circular staircase that takes you to your unit on the second floor. Not a staircase like you might see in one of the mansions on Delaware Ave. More like one in a lighthouse or in one of the abandoned buildings in Silo City. But at least the owner tried to attach a paint roller so if you accidentally (yes there is a handmade sign that cautions you) bump your head if you are over 5’6”)The unit was clean and contained all you will need for your stay , except shampoo but plenty of conditioner Since the kitchen area is the size of a small walk in closet, there are things missing, like a cutting board and a dish drainer. The bathroom is modern and except for the completely empty bottle of shampoo , is well stockedThe eating area is in the living room, down the hall in the LRThe owner did provide a contact #, but I found a local store for shampoo

Stayed Jul 28, 2024The unit was exactly as the pictures showed and right near downtown, easy access to all over buffalo and the suburbs. It was also nice to have a driveway spot although street parking is frequently available.

Stayed Jul 3, 2024We stayed in Buffalo visiting family and this was a great place to stay! The host sent specific details about where to park and how to get in, so that was easy. There’s a cute coffee shop walking distance from the house so I enjoyed going there in the morning. We walked around a lot, it’s a great location with a bunch of historic homes and shops around.

Stayed May 1, 2022The apartment was very comfortable and the neighborhood is beautiful! There are tons of places to eat and drink and most everything that you would need is within walking distance. Tina and Casey run the property very well and are always available for questions about your stay. This place is perfect for a quiet, no fuss trip to Buffalo.
